Perfect for all ages, this experience will allow you up-close access to our iconic Australian animals.
Enter the world of koalas and see just how fluffy they really are, meet our Kangaroo mob and be surprised by some of our other wonderful wildlife you meet on the way.

Covered shoes must be worn.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult and the below adult to child ratios must be adhered to.

Children aged 9–15 must be supervised by a 1:2 adult to child ratio.
All people aged 1 and over must have a ticket.

Ages
Child age: 4-15 years old. Younger than 4 years old are admitted free. A paying adult must accompany children under 16 years old.
Children under 16 receive FREE entry on weekends, Victorian public holidays and Victorian Government school holidays. Please advise when booking.
For Australian Experience and DELUXE SAFARI ADVENTURE, all people aged 1 and over must have a ticket. (Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult and the below adult to child ratios must be adhered to. Children aged 8 and under must be supervised by a 1:1 adult to child ratio. Children aged 9–15 must be supervised by a 1:2 adult to child ratio.)
How to use
On the day of booking, please present the electronic voucher at the ticket office for entry.
For Experience Arrival: please arrive and check in with admission staff at least 10 minutes prior to the experiences.
Good to know
Zoos Victoria reserves the right to cancel an encounter due to an animal welfare issue.
A full refund or alternate booking will be made.
Due to animal behavioural issues experiences may vary.
All participants must agree to follow the keeper's instructions.
Footwear: please ensure guests wear closed toe shoes for all paid experiences.
Disclaimer
Once the product has been successfully booked, a confirmation voucher will be issued. The voucher contains important booking details and participation notes. Please read it carefully. If we do not receive any feedback from you, it will be deemed that you have read, understood and accepted all information stated on the voucher.
As an intermediary booking agent, we are responsible for arranging travel product reservations on behalf of customers.
We recommend that customers purchase travel insurance. Travel product suppliers, including attractions, hotels and transportation providers, are directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of the products they provide. We are not liable for safety issues arising from products operated by third-party suppliers.
In the event of an unexpected incident where no travel insurance coverage applies, we will provide reasonable assistance where possible; however, any related costs or losses will be borne by the customer.
If the booking is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the travel product supplier, we will refund the amount paid for the affected booking. No additional compensation will be provided.
No-show: Ticket holders who fail to attend without prior cancellation or notification will not be eligible for a refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in communicating and negotiating solutions with travel product suppliers.
When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly follow all instructions provided by the venue and staff. Please ensure that you fully understand the associated risks, including any venue notices or safety waivers that may be required. Customers must cooperate with all safety requirements and must not engage in any dangerous behaviour during the activity.
