Dogs on leads are welcome. We provide water for dogs around the grounds. We ask that you please pick up after your pooch.

We are unable to allow drone photography.

We have a good number of tables and chairs available for you to use. You are also welcome to bring your own picnic rug, chairs or picnic for that matter and relax for the day.

We have a delicious range of food vendors every day. They change with our themed weekends too. Every day at the festival we have Poffertjes (the famous Dutch mini pancakes), take away foods such as burgers, fish and chips, Gozleme (yummy Turkish bread), tea, coffee, roasted potatoes, fresh corn, soft serve ice cream, Dutch foods and cold drinks. Food prices range from $5-$23 per item or meal.

You are very welcome to bring your own picnic and enjoy it in our gardens. We have lots of lovely lawn where you can sit down and enjoy the ambiance. We also have picnic tables located throughout. We do not have barbecue facilities on site.

We have free onsite parking for cars and buses. On busy weekends we have two car parks and entry points. People with limited mobility are advised to park in our main car park (on the Monbulk side of our farm) in the designated spots. Please note parking is limited and based on a first come, first served system. Many areas surrounding the farm are NO STANDING and we actively discourage you from parking on the roads surrounding the farm. If the car park is full, we recommend you take a drive, get a coffee, explore the local area and come back in an hour or so, we will reopen the car park as soon as space becomes available. On weekends we also offer a chartered bus service from Lilydale Station at the cost of $5pp, children 16 and under free.

Guest can not BYO, but we have licensed bar on-site who is permitted to sell a selection of alcoholic drinks including local wines, beers and ciders.

Once the product has been successfully booked, a confirmation voucher will be issued. The voucher contains important booking details and participation notes. Please read it carefully. If we do not receive any feedback from you, it will be deemed that you have read, understood and accepted all information stated on the voucher.

As an intermediary booking agent, we are responsible for arranging travel product reservations on behalf of customers.

We recommend that customers purchase travel insurance. Travel product suppliers, including attractions, hotels and transportation providers, are directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of the products they provide. We are not liable for safety issues arising from products operated by third-party suppliers.

In the event of an unexpected incident where no travel insurance coverage applies, we will provide reasonable assistance where possible; however, any related costs or losses will be borne by the customer.

If the booking is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the travel product supplier, we will refund the amount paid for the affected booking. No additional compensation will be provided.

No-show: Ticket holders who fail to attend without prior cancellation or notification will not be eligible for a refund.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in communicating and negotiating solutions with travel product suppliers.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly follow all instructions provided by the venue and staff. Please ensure that you fully understand the associated risks, including any venue notices or safety waivers that may be required. Customers must cooperate with all safety requirements and must not engage in any dangerous behaviour during the activity.
