About Join the birds in their beautiful rainforest habitat. Flying around you are species from the vanishing rainforests of the world, including some of Australia’s most precious and beautiful birds. There are brilliant Amazonian macaws, the endangered and stately cassowary, cheeky rainbow lorikeets, galahs, cockatoos and many more. Don’t be surprised to find a feathered friend taking a ride on your shoulder! Naturally landscaped with waterfalls, ponds, exotic and native plants, Birdworld replicates the natural habitats of almost 60 species that roam this unique rainforest immersion exhibit. It is truly a photographer’s delight. Birdworld Kuranda is the latest attraction to come under the Wildlife Tropical North Queensland banner. As a locally owned and operated family company since 1980, Wildlife Tropical North Queensland is proud of its achievements in the field of professional wildlife tourism.

How to use
After the booking is confirmed, we will send a confirmation to your email. On the day of tour, please go to Birdworld Kuranda by yourself during the opening hours and present the electronic confirmation ticket to exchange your ticket..
Good to know
Many birds enjoy close physical contact with visitors and are interested in wearing them.The bird has a powerful beak that can bite through hard seeds and is interested in jewelry of similar shape.Please take off your accessories, including earrings, necklaces, hats, watches and sunglasses, before entering the birdhouse.
If a bird lands on your shoulder, do not suddenly move or scream.This may scare them and make their powerful claws grip you tighter and tighter to keep their balance.Once the bird has satisfied its curiosity about you, it will naturally leave.If the birds hold with you for a long time, you can ask our staff for help.
Don't bring in any food or drink. You can leave your food at our service desk for keeping.
To ensure your health, it is recommended that you wash your hands after contact with any animal. Hand sanitizers are available at service counters and in toilets.

Once the product has been successfully booked, a confirmation voucher will be issued. The voucher contains important booking details and participation notes. Please read it carefully. If we do not receive any feedback from you, it will be deemed that you have read, understood and accepted all information stated on the voucher.

In the event of an unexpected incident where no travel insurance coverage applies, we will provide reasonable assistance where possible; however, any related costs or losses will be borne by the customer.
If the booking is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the travel product supplier, we will refund the amount paid for the affected booking. No additional compensation will be provided.
No-show: Ticket holders who fail to attend without prior cancellation or notification will not be eligible for a refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in communicating and negotiating solutions with travel product suppliers.
