Penguin Parade
As our main star attraction, the Penguin Parade offers a wide variety of activities suitable for all ages. Whether you’re looking for a self-guided experience or to be led by one of our knowledgeable rangers, we have an option for you. Please remember that everyone, including infants, requires a ticket to attend.
GENERAL VIEWING
Enjoy tiered seating in our general viewing grandstands overlooking the picturesque Summerlands Beach.
PENGUINS PLUS
Get up close and personal with the Little Penguins from our extra special Penguins Plus grandstand.
UNDERGROUND VIEWING
Go underground and watch the Little Penguins waddle right past the window – some might even come up to the glass to say gidday! Please note fitted face masks are mandatory in the underground viewing area.
Penguins Premium
Discover little penguins in their natural habitat with this premium beachfront viewing experience. This experience will guide you along a secluded boardwalk and immerse you in the Penguin Parade colony. Minimum age 12 years. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Churchill Island
A visit to Churchill Island (located off Phillip Island) calms the mind, with wide-open spaces to wander and fresh air to breathe. Explore the historical grounds and farming activities, walk the bay trails soaking in the tranquil scenery and enjoying the bird watching huts, or relax on the deck of the café with a coffee or tea in hand.

Koala Conservation Reserve
The Koala Conservation Reserve offers a range of family-friendly activities and opportunities to explore lush native bushland and see iconic Australian wildlife in their natural habitat.
Things to do and see
• Wander the two treetop boardwalks for superb up-close koala viewing.
– Tree Top Koala Boardwalk: 800m loop – 20 minutes – easy
– Tree Top Woodland Boardwalk: 600m loop – 20 minutes – easy
• Explore the six hectares of Australian bushland on the easily accessible trails.
• Lookout for wallabies, echidnas and colourful native birds.
• Uncover the amazing lives of koalas with the interactive displays in the new visitor centre.
• Learn more about what community groups like the Friends of Koalas or Barb Martin Bushbank are doing to help local wildlife.
• Visit our free-to-access Nature Play area, where children can create their own adventures with the nature and wildlife inspired installations.
• Plant your own seed to take home at our native seed station.

• Insect repellent (we don’t sell this in store so please bring your own with you)
• Snacks (our Koala Cafe only has a small selection of food items so you may wish to bring your own snacks with you on the day)
• Binoculars & a camera (to capture memories of your visit)

Ages
Child tickets for 4-15 year olds, inclusive. Children under 4 are free.
Penguin premium is only available for children aged 12 and over; children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How to use
After booking is confirmed, we will send a voucher to your email, please check your email and check voucher details. On the day of tour, go to the park and bring your confirmation to enter.
If you are purchasing a Bundled ticket with more than one attraction, you will need to book the date of your visit to the Penguin Parade, which can be on different days. The date(s) chosen for your Penguin Parade visit will be printed on your ticket. If you do not exchange the ticket on the date of you select, it will be deemed to be abandoned automatically. Refund or rescheduling will not be accepted.

Peak Holiday Periods: If you are planning a visit from mid-December to late January, or during a long weekend or school holidays period, please allow extra travel time as the traffic can get busy.
Please show the QR code on your voucher at the ticket gate on entry. There is no need to exchange for a voucher. Please follow the direction to the viewing platform.
Koala Conservation Reserve and Churchill Island are valid for 180 days after purchase
Good to know
We suggest you bring warm clothes and a rain coat if it looks like rain. A rug to sit on the seats is also handy.
We suggest you arrive one hour before penguin arrival time to explore the visitor centre displays, grab a meal at the café and head to the beach.

Video and Photography is not permitted at the Penguin Parade or any of the Penguin viewing options.
The Penguin Parade occurs every evening at sunset for a duration of 50 minutes.
Only contactless transactions are available at all ticketing, retail and food & beverage outlets – cash not accepted.
Please maintain physical distancing at all times whilst at any of our locations.
Please maintain good hand hygiene, and stay home if you are unwell.
Entry only via a pre-purchased ticket (including infants).
Please note that as we will be managing visitor numbers at all of our locations, you may experience short entry delays subject to the number of people already on site.

In the event of an unexpected incident where no travel insurance coverage applies, we will provide reasonable assistance where possible; however, any related costs or losses will be borne by the customer.
If the booking is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the travel product supplier, we will refund the amount paid for the affected booking. No additional compensation will be provided.
No-show: Ticket holders who fail to attend without prior cancellation or notification will not be eligible for a refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in communicating and negotiating solutions with travel product suppliers.
When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly follow all instructions provided by the venue and staff.
