All tours are subject to minimum numbers and to weather conditions and so may be cancelled at the discretion of the operator.

We also reserve the right to alter the destination pending the weather for your safety and comfort. Times may also need to be changed due to tidal changes. The company will offer alternative days or refunds in the event of cancellations.

ALL DIVERS MUST produce their certification card or log book and complete the pre-dive medical questionnaire at the time of booking. Failure to complete and return this form prior to travel may result in a non-refundable cancellation.

All certified divers are required to hold a minimum of an Open Water Certification or equivalent an have dived within the last 12 months.

Please Note: This tour departs from and returns to Hamilton Island. Guests travelling from Airlie Beach are responsible for their connecting transfers, which are at the guests own risk and expense.

Guests must be able to swim to participate in snorkeling.

Explore accepts no responsibility for guests travelling to or from Airlie Beach who miss their connecting transfers and no refunds will be provided in such situations.

Explore Group takes no liability or responsibility for the illness, injury or death of any passenger on board the vessel or during a tour

Explore Group takes no liability or responsibility for the loss of personal property on board the vessel or during a tour

All passengers must comply with any instructions given by crew on the vessel or during a tour

The company reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger, luggage or goods without reason

All passengers must only consume alcoholic beverages that have been purchased or supplied on board the vessel

No liability is taken by the company for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by the cancellation or change to any tour

Explore Group takes no liability or responsibility for guests connecting travel arrangements to/from Hamilton Island on the day of their tour

Age restrictions for each must be strictly adhered to. Explore Group reserve the right to refuse guests if they do not fit within the outlined age requirements

In the event that Explore Group cancels the tour you will be offered a full refund or an alternate date of travel

These conditions also apply for transferring tour dates

We recommend our passengers hold a comprehensive travel insurance policy in case of any unexpected changes in their travel plans that may incur a cancellation fee.

After the product is successfully booked, we will send you a confirmation voucher. The main information about the reservation and the precautions for participation will be provided on the confirmation voucher. Please read it. If you do not have any feedback, we consider that you have read and know all the information on its confirmation.

As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for making travel product reservations for tourists.

We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist product suppliers such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of travel products. We are not responsible for any safety issues with the products ordered.

In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.

If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.

No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.

We will try our best to assist tourists to communicate and negotiate solutions with tourism product suppliers.

For some marine products (including but not limited to various cruises, whale watching cruise, etc.), the supplier reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or make changes to itineraries, service timetables, routes and/or destinations. The supplier may cancel or abandon the cruise if they consider it necessary for weather or safety reasons and except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Passenger caused by such substitution or cancellation.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
