Overview
The Winter Whale Cruise gives you the rare opportunity to witness the majestic beauty of our migrating Humpback Whales. On the Northern migration, we sight Whales within a mile or so off the dramatic sea cliffs on Jervis Bay’s peninsula, making it one of the most exciting Whale watching experiences on the East coast of Australia. During the Southern migration, we begin to get mothers and their newborn calves coming to rest in Jervis Bay. During this time viewing the Whales is in the sheltered waters of Jervis Bay, offering the most unique viewing of the season. A lasting, treasured
memory.

Please meet at the entrance of The Fishermen Wharf Huskisson.
Located on the left side of Huskisson public wharf.
Present ticket on your phone at time of boarding.
Check in is 30 minutes before departure time.
Boarding starts 15 minutes prior to departure.
Please do not be late as vessels must depart on time.

Ages
Adult fares are for everyone aged 15 years and older. Child fares are for children 2 to 14 years of age. Infant Under 23 Months are free.
How to use
After the booking is confirmed, we will send a confirmation to your email. On the day of tour, go to the departure point and bring your electronic confirmation ticket to redeem the ticket to participate in the tour.
Please check-in 30 min prior to cruise time at the Terminal inside Fishermens Wharf Husskisson (15 Field Street, Huskisson)

No Show: No refund.
Any personal expenses incurred by clients as a result of any delay or alterations of any tour due to reasons listed above are the responsibility of the client.
Jervis Bay Wild will not accept any responsibility for any injury or loss of any type arising in any manner as a result of negligence or otherwise, for any product or operator not operated by Jervis Bay Wild.
Jervis Bay Wild strongly recommends that all travelers arrange adequate travel insurance to protect against sickness/accident, loss of luggage and any costs incurred, including cancellation charges.
Jervis Bay Wild offers experiences, provided by third party operators but takes no responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising in any manner as the result of negligence from a third party operator.
By way of government and company regulations, smoking is prohibited on our Vessels.

After the product is successfully booked, we will send you a confirmation voucher. The main information about the reservation and the precautions for participation will be provided on the confirmation voucher. Please read it. If you do not have any feedback, we consider that you have read and know all the information on its confirmation.
As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for making travel product reservations for tourists.
We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist product suppliers such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of travel products. We are not responsible for any safety issues with the products ordered.
In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.
If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.
No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.
We will try our best to assist tourists to communicate and negotiate solutions with tourism product suppliers.
For some marine products (including but not limited to various cruises, whale watching cruise, etc.), the supplier reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or make changes to itineraries, service timetables, routes and/or destinations. The supplier may cancel or abandon the cruise if they consider it necessary for weather or safety reasons and except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Passenger caused by such substitution or cancellation.
When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
