The cruisier areas offer incredible Gold Coast sights by land and sea, with the odd dolphin and sea eagle coming along for the ride. All our jet boats are purpose-built to carry passengers of all shapes and sizes with industry-leading comfort and safety features included as a priority. Fully padded seats and form-fitting life jackets keep you snug and safe without making you feel like a canned sardine. Our Jetboat Extreme drivers are the best in the business and boast top-level marine certification – they drive carefully but aren’t afraid to put the pedal-to-the-metal when you reach the fun zone. Is the ride safe?
100%! Our jet boats meet the highest regulation standards set by Marine Safety Queensland with our entire fleet equipped with high-tech, auto-inflating life jackets. We also carry out meticulous maintenance on our jet boats to keep them performing at premium safety levels. All our jet boat drivers are the best in the field with hundreds of driver hours under their belts – we’ve never had an incident in our 15+ years’ operating history.
Do you get wet during the ride?
Of course! It’s all part of the Jetboat Extreme fun! We do supply spray jackets though if you’d prefer to stay dry.
How many passengers does the ride take?
We run two, 14-seater boats and one, 18-seater boat making Jetboat Extreme the perfect experience for parties, group bookings and team building exercises.

Ages
Children’s ticket prices apply to ages 5-14 years old.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by parents at all times.
We try to cater for everyone on our jet boat rides but safety regulations require you to be a minimum 5 years of age to ride.
Children must be a minimum of 100cm tall to ride.
Any person who may be pregnant, suffer from back, neck, or heart conditions or have previous injuries that may cause a risk to their health must not ride with Jet Boat Extreme Pty Ltd.
How to use
After the booking is confirmed, we will send a confirmation to your email. Passengers with a confirmation voucher must check in at the counter at least 20 minutes before departure time with their e-confirmation. Jet Boat Extreme Pty Ltd reserves the right to reassign seats if customers do not arrive by this time.

Good to know
Go with some casual gear that you might wear to the beach or shopping around the Coast – remember, you're going to get wet! Thongs/flip-flops are fine. Bring cheap sunnies if you're worried about losing good ones when we spin out; we offer straps and sell cheapies.
We recommend that pregnant ladies and children under the age of 5 years not ride with Jetboat Extreme for safety reasons.
To bring: We recommend sunnies to keep the wind and spray out of your eyes. If they’re expensive and you’re worried about losing them, just bring a cheap pair. We offer safety straps, or you can buy some cheapies off us. A towel is a good idea, you may want to dry off after the ride. A change of clothes is recommended if you’ve got another experience booked straight after the ride.
Passengers may get wet and are advised not to carry valuable property whilst embarking, traveling or disembarking the jet boat. Jet Boat Extreme Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of property.
2-hour free parking is available across the road from our departure point underneath the Mantra Towers of Chevron on weekdays (look out for the Coles carpark entry sign off Elkhorn Ave).
On weekends there is a flat rate of $9 per day if you purchase parking online via the Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre Website.
On very rare occasions, tours may be cancelled (severe weather, road or park closures,insufficient numbers). Should this occur, you will be transferred to an alternative tour / date,or if this is not suitable, you will receive a full refund.

After the product is successfully booked, we will send you a confirmation voucher. The main information about the reservation and the precautions for participation will be provided on the confirmation voucher. Please read it. If you do not have any feedback, we consider that you have read and know all the information on its confirmation.
As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for making travel product reservations for tourists.
We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist product suppliers such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of travel products. We are not responsible for any safety issues with the products ordered.
In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.
If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.
No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.
We will try our best to assist tourists to communicate and negotiate solutions with tourism product suppliers.
For some marine products (including but not limited to various cruises, whale watching cruise, etc.), the supplier reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or make changes to itineraries, service timetables, routes and/or destinations. The supplier may cancel or abandon the cruise if they consider it necessary for weather or safety reasons and except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Passenger caused by such substitution or cancellation.
When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
