According to the latest announcement from the Tasmanian Parks and Wildlife Service:
Tasman Arch & Devils Kitchen will undergo upgrades and renovations on April 15, 2026, and is scheduled to reopen by October 2026.
Therefore, the Port Arthur itinerary is adjusted as follows:

Cancelled: Tasman Arch, Devils Kitchen, Blowhole
Added: Remarkable Cave
The afternoon itinerary remains unaffected; the Port Arthur archaeological site will be visited as scheduled.
The overall duration and experience remain largely unchanged, allowing visitors to fully appreciate the beauty and culture of the Tasman Peninsula.

Itinerary Notes
1. The daily itinerary order may be adjusted and rotated, but the attractions and content will remain unchanged; the daily itinerary time and attraction order are for reference only, and the final arrangement is subject to the guide’s scheduling on the day; guests will receive an itinerary notification SMS one day before departure.
2. Maria Island: Ferry hours are 10:00-14:30 or 11:30-16:15 year-round, subject to availability on the day of booking.
1. Hobart City: Richmond – Salamanca Square – Wellington Hill – Cascade Brewery (exterior view)
Visit Richmond, Tasmania’s most historic town. Home to Australia’s oldest stone bridge and quaint church, it’s a great place to experience the atmosphere of an English town and take photos. Head to the lively Salamanca Square, a hub of art galleries, craft shops, and various cafes and restaurants, a perfect place to experience Hobart’s urban culture and artistic atmosphere. (If traveling on a Saturday, you can also visit the Salamanca Market.) In the afternoon, ascend Mount Wellington for panoramic views of Hobart and the magnificent Derwent River, experiencing the natural charm of the sea breeze and mountain scenery. (If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to visit Mount Wellington, the itinerary will be changed to Rosny Hill Lookout.)
The final stop is a tour of the Cascade Brewery. This is Australia’s oldest brewery, its exterior retaining a classic architectural style, making it a popular landmark for photography and sightseeing.
2. Port Arthur: Four Natural Wonders – Port Arthur Ruins – Optional 1.5-hour Cape Raoul Cruise (at your own expense)
Departing from Hobart, drive southeast along the scenic Tasman Highway to Port Arthur for a day trip filled with natural wonders and historical culture.
The first stop is the Tasman Peninsula’s famous “Four Wonders”—Checkerboard Rock, Blowhole, Tasman Arch, and Devil’s Kitchen.
Afterwards, visit the Port Arthur Historic Site, once a major British penal colony in the 19th century and now a World Heritage Site. The park preserves several historical buildings, including the main prison, church, workshops, and hospital, offering insights into the lives of prisoners and the historical context of the colony. (A 1.5-hour Cape Raoul cruise can be purchased as an add-on).
3. Bruny Island: Get Shucked Oyster Restaurant (optional) – The Neck Lookout – Adventure Bay – Bruny Island Honey (optional)
Depart from Hobart, drive to Kettering Pier in the south and join the ferry to Bruny Island. Upon arrival, first visit the famous Get Shucked Oyster Restaurant (optional) to enjoy fresh and plump oysters. Next, we’ll head to The Neck, a landmark on the island. Climb the boardwalk to the top for panoramic views of the narrow, elongated shape of the island, flanked by the sea on both sides – a truly stunning sight and one of Bruny Island’s most iconic photo spots.
Afterwards, we’ll drive to Adventure Bay to admire the pristine coastline and have a chance to spot wild white kangaroos. Finally, we’ll visit Bruny Island Honey (optional), where you can sample delicious honey ice cream and other honey products. Finally, we’ll take the ferry back to Kettering Pier and drive back to Hobart.
4. Maria Island: Darlington Historic Site – Painted Cliffs
Departing from Hobart, travel to Triabunna Wharf on the east coast and take a ferry to the tranquil and pristine Maria Island. Upon arrival, first visit the island’s historical heart – Darlington Historic Site. Once a 19th-century convict settlement, this site preserves prison remains, workers’ quarters, stone houses, and former farm ruins, making a stroll through it feel like stepping back into the colonial era.
Afterwards, walk along the coast to Painted Cliffs, where you can admire the striped rocks eroded by the sea at low tide. The naturally formed colors and textures on the rock walls are incredibly captivating and are one of the island’s most popular natural attractions. Along the way, you may have the opportunity to see wild wombats, kangaroos, and various bird species leisurely roaming through the forest meadows.
Hotel & Airport Transfers
1. Flight Requirements: Arrive in Hobart before 09:00 local time on the first day; depart Launceston at 19:00 local time on the last day.
2. Free airport pick-up is provided upon arrival; free airport drop-off is provided upon departure on the last day of the tour.
3. Transfers outside the main itinerary will incur additional charges. Please consult customer service for details; travelers can also arrange their own airport-hotel transportation.
4. For accommodations outside the city center or guesthouses where transportation is inconvenient, guests need to make their own way to the nearest meeting point. Please consult customer service in advance for the exact meeting location.

* Actual airport transfer time may be earlier depending on the situation on the day. If your departure flight is booked for a later time, you still need to arrive at the airport earlier than scheduled for our transfer, or you can choose to forgo the transfer and make your own way to the airport (at your own expense).
* In the event of airline cancellation or delay of the flight, guests need to proactively notify the pick-up personnel of the time change. If you miss the driver/guide’s departure time from the airport, you will need to make your own way to the destination to meet the driver/guide at your own expense.

NOTE: One adult and one child are charged as two adults.
How to use
After the booking is confirmed, we will send a confirmation to your email. On the day of tour, go to the departure point and bring your confirmation to participate in the tour.
Before 8pm on the day before the tour, the driver will contact the guest via text message to confirm the exact tour time. Please be sure to keep the reserved phone number open. Please refer to the driver's notice for the specific tour time. If you do not receive the text message, please contact the emergency contact number in time.
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before scheduled time.
Good to know
The order and time of the tour is for reference only and will be adjusted according to the actual situation. In case of special circumstances (such as weather, flight changes or other force majeure factors), the company reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary.
The products or services of the farms, wineries, or other places that may be consumed during the tour are not provided by the Company.
Suggested personal items for travel: umbrella, sunscreen, change, light shoes, thick jacket.
Flight advice: Arrival flights need to be in Hobart before 9am; departure flights need to leave after 8pm. * The itinerary sequence is different, and the recommended flight time may be different. Please confirm the flight time again before purchasing a ticket! * The actual drop-off time may be advanced depending on the situation on the day. If your departure flight is booked for a later time, you will need to arrive at the airport in advance according to our drop-off, or you can abandon the drop-off and go to the airport by yourself (at your own expense). * If the airline cancels or delays the flight, the guest needs to proactively notify the pick-up staff of the time change. If the driver misses the departure time from the airport, the guest needs to go to the destination to meet the driver at his/her own expense.

If your booking includes hotel accommodation, please note that check-in time at Australian hotels is generally 13:00-15:00. Specific check-in times vary by hotel, so please confirm your check-in time in advance. Early check-in is not recommended. If you need to check in early due to special circumstances, please note that early check-in fees may apply and must be negotiated and paid directly with the hotel.
We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the tour. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour if conditions do not permit. An alternative will be provided if possible. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure we have accurate information: airline and airport dates and times; correct travel dates with the correct codes; the traveler's age, etc. Please notify us immediately of any changes.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to baggage, valuables, or personal belongings carried during the tour. We are not liable for any illness, injury, or death resulting from the deterioration of any traveler's health condition. By booking this tour, the traveler agrees to the policies outlined herein and accepts that all activities involve some risk, and the traveler will not hold our company, its employees, or subcontractors liable for any injury or loss suffered by the traveler or to the traveler's property. For your safety, when participating in indoor or outdoor activities with inherent risks (such as swimming, rafting, diving, skiing, ice skating, snow play, skydiving, etc.), please ensure you fully understand the weather conditions, your personal physical condition, and relevant announcements and advice from professional organizations before proceeding.
Visitors should pay attention to their physical condition. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, colds, fever, or who are intoxicated should exercise caution when participating in activities or follow medical advice. If you feel unwell, please stop the activity immediately and seek assistance from on-site staff.
When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
The wildlife sightseeing listed in the itinerary refers to wild animals. They move freely and are not under human control; seeing them is not guaranteed on every trip. No refunds or cancellations will be arranged for those who do not see wildlife.
No refunds will be issued for missed trips due to the visitor's own subjective reasons.
The tour duration is only an approximation. If the tour ends early, it may be due to weather conditions requiring an earlier conclusion.
Due to weather, traffic, and other reasons, we reserve the right to change the itinerary. The order of the itinerary may be adjusted; please refer to the actual itinerary.
No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.
Multi-day tours are all group tours for individual travelers. Driver and guide arrangements will be made according to the itinerary and travel conditions, and may change daily. Final departure and driver/guide information will be provided by the tour operator.
For products with airport transfers: Airport transfers are arranged uniformly and will not be based on different flight times. Thank you for your understanding.
