How to use

A confirmation voucher will be sent to you via email. Please present your electronic confirmation voucher at the designated meeting point to join the tour. (It is mandatory to board the bus at the specific meeting point selected at the time of booking.)

Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time and strictly adhere to the meeting times provided by your tour guide for each segment of the journey. Passengers who arrive late will be unable to join or continue the tour, and no refunds will be issued.

For this day tour (bus tour), a notification containing tour details will be sent via SMS and email to each guest after 5:00 PM on the day prior to departure. If you provided a non-Australian phone number during booking, or if you do not receive the SMS or email notification, please contact us immediately. Alternatively, you may call our emergency contact numbers: +61 401 091 866 or +61 411 567 789 (please note: these are emergency contact lines, not the direct numbers of the driver guide).

You may also view your tour notification details via the following link after 5:00 PM on the day prior to departure: http://www.qqqq.com.au/pretourinfo

Please ensure that the mobile phone number you provided is accurate and remains active/reachable; please be sure to check both your SMS messages and email inbox.

If your mobile phone number changes—for instance, due to switching to a local Australian SIM card upon arrival, or for any other reason—you must proactively call our emergency contact numbers (0411 567 789 or 0401 091 866) the day before your tour to inform us and confirm your meeting time. If you provided a non-Australian phone number during booking, we will be unable to send SMS notifications to your mobile device; in such cases, or if you have any questions regarding the itinerary, please call our emergency contact numbers (0411 567 789 or 0401 091 866). When calling, please provide your booking details to facilitate a quick lookup of your reservation.

Good to know

This tour requires a minimum number of participants to operate. If this minimum is not met, we will either reschedule your tour or issue a refund.

The bus departs punctually (including at the start of the tour, between attractions, and for the return journey). Passengers are strictly required to arrive at the designated meeting point 5 minutes prior to departure and to adhere to the assembly times provided by the tour guide at each stop. We regret to inform you that latecomers will be unable to join or continue the tour, and no refunds will be issued; we appreciate your understanding.

In the event of road maintenance, running races, cycling events, or similar activities, we will utilize inland routes as alternative roads. Please take note of this before booking; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Due to the relatively long travel times between attractions, the itinerary for this tour is quite fast-paced. Passengers prone to motion sickness are advised to bring their own drinking water and motion sickness medication. Please keep this in mind when booking.

The tour fare does not include meals; the tour guide will take passengers to a restaurant near the attractions for dining. Passengers with special dietary requirements—such as vegetarians—are advised to bring their own meals, as local restaurants may not be able to accommodate specific dietary needs.

If you are traveling with companions, we recommend booking together in a single transaction. If you book separately, you must include the booking reference numbers of all your companions in the "Remarks" section of your order. Failure to notify us in advance may result in your party being assigned to different vehicles or even different tour groups on the day of the tour; please take note of this before booking.

The behavior of wild animals is unpredictable, and sightings depend largely on luck. Furthermore, out of respect for the animals' natural survival and defense mechanisms, we strongly advise against feeding wild animals. We ask for your cooperation and understanding regarding this policy.

Infants require a dedicated seat and cannot be held on an adult's lap. Please indicate in the "Remarks" section if you require an infant seat; we will provide one free of charge if available on the day of the tour. If no infant seats are available, a rental fee of AUD 30 will apply.

A surcharge starting from AUD 60 may apply for the storage of strollers. However, instances where this fee is required are rare; strollers can typically be stored free of charge provided there is sufficient space on the bus on the day of the tour. The surcharge applies only if the bus is full and an additional luggage trailer is required to accommodate the stroller. Should this additional fee be necessary, you will be notified at the time of booking confirmation.

During the autumn and winter seasons, coastal winds can be strong; we recommend that passengers bring a windproof jacket or warm clothing.

During peak seasons, if parking is unavailable at the Lighthouse, the itinerary will be adjusted to a scenic drive-by viewing instead.

The wildlife sightseeing listed in the itinerary refers to wild animals. They move freely and are not under human control; seeing them is not guaranteed on every trip. No refunds or cancellations will be arranged for those who do not see wildlife.

No refunds will be issued for missed trips due to the visitor's own subjective reasons.

The tour duration is only an approximation. If the tour ends early, it may be due to weather conditions requiring an earlier conclusion.

Due to weather, traffic, and other reasons, we reserve the right to change the itinerary. The order of the itinerary may be adjusted; please refer to the actual itinerary.

No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.

For products with airport transfers: Airport transfers are arranged uniformly and will not be based on different flight times. Thank you for your understanding.

Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. By completing your booking, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
