Children must be 6 years or older to experience Reefsuites. Reefsuites will be charged at a per person rate, regardless of age.
How to use
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation and you will be given a day cruise departure time. Check in is 30-40 minutes prior to your departure time at the check-in location.
If you have purchased a shuttle bus and have not been picked up after the scheduled pickup time on the day of your trip, please contact the operator immediately at +61 7 4846 7000 and provide your confirmation number. The operator will endeavor to provide updates regarding the shuttle bus. If you miss the shuttle bus due to personal reasons and therefore fail to join the tour, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged as per regulations. The shuttle bus is operated by Heart of Reef Shuttles and will be emblazoned with the Heart of Reef Shuttles logo. Please be aware of the bus (see product information for images).
Good to know
Check-in is from 3pm; check-out is before 12noon.
What to bring: Small overnight bag, Toiletries, Change of clothes, Swimwear, Protective clothing, hat and sunscreen Camera, Light jacket or sweater for cool or windy days, Cash / credit card for optional activities
The minimum age is 12 years old for dive activities.

Please read the health and exemption form in detail and understand all the physical conditions that are not allowed to dive. Once the booking is successful, the tourists themselves must take the own responsibility with no any refund if you cannot participate in the activity due to any personal reasons.
Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings.
Divers cannot fly for 24 hours after diving and the company accepts no liability for medical conditions experienced as a result of flying after diving.
The dive master will provide training and guide, teach basic communication gestures and underwater precautions.
Do not dive alone or break away from the team. Follow the instructions of the coach.
