Itinerary Reference
Day 1: Adelaide to Monarto Wildlife Safari Resort
A Chinese-speaking driver will pick you up from Adelaide Airport or your city hotel and transfer you to Monarto Zoo Resort (check-in available after 3:00 PM).
Evening Sunset Safari Tour at the Wildlife Park (included in packages B/C). As dusk falls, embark on a specially modified safari vehicle for an exclusive after-hours experience in the “Wild Africa” section of Monarto Zoo. Get up close and personal with roaming wildlife, including zebras, giraffes, elands, southern white rhinos, cheetahs, and other fascinating species—perfect for photography.
Sunset Safari Tour Premium Experience
– 2.5-hour accessible guided tour (English-speaking guide)
– Exclusive access to the “Wild Africa” area after closing hours
– Small-group setting ensuring a premium experience

Visitors arriving before noon may choose from the following options:
Murray River a 30-minute self-drive or scenic flight experience (no English required) $165 per person, advance booking required

Day 2: Monarto (No shuttle service provided on this day)
You can walk to Monarto Zoo, located directly across from the hotel (entrance fee included). Take a guided bus tour through this 1,500-hectare wildlife paradise, or explore nature up close by hiking along scenic trails.
As the largest open-range wildlife sanctuary outside the African continent, Monarto Wildlife Park is home to over 50 rare animal species. Enjoy complimentary keeper talks daily and discover unique animal interaction experiences that await you.
Package A: Tourists will be picked up at the hotel entrance at 3:30 PM that afternoon and returned to central Adelaide or the airport.
Day 3: Monarto Wildlife Park Resort – Adelaide
After checking out in the morning (latest check-out at 11:00 AM), you may choose from the following options:
– Murray River or self-drive half-hour scenic flight experience (no English required) $165 per person, advance booking required
– 3-hour Murray River cruise with lunch $89.9 per adult, $44.9 per child (ages 4–14), advance booking required
Return to central Adelaide or the airport in the afternoon to conclude your journey.

Only the “waterhole view” (upgrade available, please consult customer service) room type has a 99% probability of allowing guests to directly observe animals from the balcony of the room, including but not limited to: ostriches, giraffes, zebras, Angavidus linzii, big antelopes, black antelopes, water antelopes, curved-horned gazelles, Barbary sheep, etc. The “Savannah View” room type also offers the option to visit the large observation deck on the ground floor of the hotel to view the zoo.

Ages
The children are aged 4 to 14 years old. They must be accompanied by at least one adult.
The rooms are available as double rooms with a king-sized bed or standard room for two people, triple rooms for three people, and family rooms (subject to final confirmation). Single rooms require an additional single room fee. The exact amount of the surcharge should be confirmed with the customer service.
How to use
After the reservation is confirmed, we will send a confirmation letter to your email. Please arrive at the hotel or the designated location 10 minutes earlier to wait for the driver to pick you up. Show the confirmation letter when getting in the car. Please note that the driver will not call you. If you are late and fail to join the group successfully, it will be regarded as an automatic withdrawal and no refund will be given.
One day before the trip, our company will notify the guests via text message (limited to Australian mobile phone numbers) about the tour guide information, license plate number and departure time for the next day. If the guest does not have an Australian number, please make sure to provide a valid contact method and contact our company in advance to obtain the travel information.
Good to know
Only the Waterhole View room type has a 99% probability of directly seeing animals from the balcony of the room, including but not limited to: ostriches, giraffes, zebras, Angavidines, big antelopes, black antelopes, water antelopes, curved-horned gazelles, Barbary sheep, etc. The Savannah View room type can also go to the large observation deck on the ground floor of the hotel to view the zoo.
It is recommended to bring sunglasses, sun hats, sunscreen, rain gear, camera, thin coats for warmth, comfortable walking shoes and clothes.
The daily itinerary time points and the sequence of attractions are for reference only. The specific arrangements will be made according to the arrangements of the on-duty tour guide on the day.
If the group size is not sufficient and the supplier cancels this tour, we will make a full refund for you.
It is recommended that tourists purchase travel insurance themselves; if the tour is missed due to passengers' lateness, the fees will not be refunded. Therefore, additional transportation arrangements will be made, and the expenses will be borne by the passengers.
Requests for cancellation of the tour, giving up sightseeing, giving up pick-up and drop-off during the itinerary will not be accepted halfway. Please understand.
Due to damage to transportation vehicles, strikes, accidents, weather and other force majeure factors, changes, delays or cancellations of the itinerary will be at the sole discretion of our agency.
If the itinerary cannot continue due to force majeure, the company will do its best to adjust the itinerary arrangements to reduce your losses. If the itinerary cannot be completed, the fees already paid will not be refunded.

We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.
If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.

If your booking includes hotel accommodation, please note that check-in time at Australian hotels is generally 13:00-15:00. Specific check-in times vary by hotel, so please confirm your check-in time in advance. Early check-in is not recommended. If you need to check in early due to special circumstances, please note that early check-in fees may apply and must be negotiated and paid directly with the hotel.
We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the tour. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour if conditions do not permit. An alternative will be provided if possible. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure we have accurate information: airline and airport dates and times; correct travel dates with the correct codes; the traveler's age, etc. Please notify us immediately of any changes.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to baggage, valuables, or personal belongings carried during the tour. We are not liable for any illness, injury, or death resulting from the deterioration of any traveler's health condition. By booking this tour, the traveler agrees to the policies outlined herein and accepts that all activities involve some risk, and the traveler will not hold our company, its employees, or subcontractors liable for any injury or loss suffered by the traveler or to the traveler's property. For your safety, when participating in indoor or outdoor activities with inherent risks (such as swimming, rafting, diving, skiing, ice skating, snow play, skydiving, etc.), please ensure you fully understand the weather conditions, your personal physical condition, and relevant announcements and advice from professional organizations before proceeding.
Visitors should pay attention to their physical condition. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, colds, fever, or who are intoxicated should exercise caution when participating in activities or follow medical advice. If you feel unwell, please stop the activity immediately and seek assistance from on-site staff.
When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
The wildlife sightseeing listed in the itinerary refers to wild animals. They move freely and are not under human control; seeing them is not guaranteed on every trip. No refunds or cancellations will be arranged for those who do not see wildlife.
No refunds will be issued for missed trips due to the visitor's own subjective reasons.
The tour duration is only an approximation. If the tour ends early, it may be due to weather conditions requiring an earlier conclusion.
Due to weather, traffic, and other reasons, we reserve the right to change the itinerary. The order of the itinerary may be adjusted; please refer to the actual itinerary.
No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.
Multi-day tours are all group tours for individual travelers. Driver and guide arrangements will be made according to the itinerary and travel conditions, and may change daily. Final departure and driver/guide information will be provided by the tour operator.
For products with airport transfers: Airport transfers are arranged uniformly and will not be based on different flight times. Thank you for your understanding.
