If the weather turns and we have to cancel for your safety, we will rebook you for another day/time or provide a full refund.

Due to the nature of some activities some additional rules and criteria may apply according to weather, sea or any other conditions affecting the activity on the day.All participants must accept and understand that all decisions made by the qualified instructors or tour guides are final.

No swapping jet ski passengers halfway through experience.

You will get wet. We have changing rooms and lockers for you to put your items in if you need.HIRE TIMES Monday – Sunday 8:30 am to 11 am or 1 pm to 3 pm

All participants must be alcohol and drug free an absolute 0 blood alcohol level is required; random breathalysing is practice failure to comply with breathalysing or in the event any trace of alcohol is found present on any participant rider or passengers will result in full cancellation of activity without refund and in addition a charge for the breathalysing equipment used will be charged.

Please inform us and specify of any medical conditions you may have that could affect or be affected by riding a jet ski.

It is your responsibility to stay clear and give way of others in the water when riding your jet ski. If you are involved in a collision, even a small one, you must report to the Sunreef crew boat immediately.

We are watching you at all times, if you have difficulty or feel unsafe, please return to the rescue boat or wave your arms to attract further attention. Please wait on the jet ski if safe to do so, otherwise please use your best judgement to determine if you need to abandon the jet ski. Your life jacket will keep you afloat at all times.

The owners, management and crew at Sunreef Hire Mooloolaba ocean jet ski hire as well as The Wharf Mooloolaba marine services reserves the right to refuse, cancel or stop any hire at any time without a refund if a person does not adhere to these rules, or is negligent, remiss, not confident or a potential danger to themselves, other persons or property.

It is an express condition that all persons willing to participate in any activity agrees to all the rules and regulations set out in their entirety without any exception. We have rules and regulations designed for your enjoyment while also considering your safety and the safety of others. Your jet ski hire will end immediately, with no refunds or rebookings if any rules are broken.

After the product is successfully booked, we will send you a confirmation voucher. The main information about the reservation and the precautions for participation will be provided on the confirmation voucher. Please read it. If you do not have any feedback, we consider that you have read and know all the information on its confirmation.

As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for making travel product reservations for tourists.

We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist product suppliers such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of travel products. We are not responsible for any safety issues with the products ordered.

In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.

If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.

We will try our best to assist tourists to communicate and negotiate solutions with tourism product suppliers.

No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.

For some marine products (including but not limited to various cruises, whale watching cruise, etc.), the supplier reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or make changes to itineraries, service timetables, routes and/or destinations. The supplier may cancel or abandon the cruise if they consider it necessary for weather or safety reasons and except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Passenger caused by such substitution or cancellation.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
