Ages
Adult 14+; Child 5-13.
Children under 5 years old or smaller than 1.1m in height cannot participate.
Guests 15 years and under must travel with an adult. Guests are required to hold onto safety bars at all times.
Guests under the age of 18 require a parent or guardian to sign the safety waiver. Please read and understand the content carefully and sign as required by the scenic area.
How to use
After the booking is comfirmed you will receive an email with attachment. Please check the details on the voucher. On the day of tour, please take the voucher to participate in the avtivity.

No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.
A life jacket is supplied that is rated to carry a maximum weight of 150kg.
Guests who are pregnant, suffer from back or neck injuries or suffer from a serious heart condition or injury are not allowed to ride.
