3 hour Dolphin and Seal Swim

Tours are weather dependent and rely on suitable safe conditions. All our tours are operated on the basis of interacting with wild animals. We ask that you appreciate that they are completely wild and are not trained to interact with people. Our tours operate on a high 85% success rate of swimming and interacting with the Dolphins however we cannot guarantee them on every tour. Should you not see them you are welcome to come back any time within 30 days of your last tour for free, sorry we cannot provide refunds.

The dolphins are resident in Port Phillip Bay inhibiting the 2000sq Kms, however we operate our Dolphin Swim season over the time the dolphins are spotted on a regular basis October – April each. But don't forget we offer a dolphins guarantee, so if you don’t see dolphins on your tour you can come back free of charge.

Should the weather be unsuitable we will contact you prior to your tour and advise you of any cancellations or changes.

Our boats are purpose built for our conditions, they are super wide and are extremely stable. We rarely encounter any seasickness and offer treatment onboard if you're feeling unwell.

Our shorter cruises are perfect for all ages, however children of all ages must always be under adult supervision.

If you arrive at the departure time and not prior you may not have time to collect your snorkelling equipment and then will miss going swimming.

If you can not swim and have no swimming skills we can not offer you a swimmings experience. All snorkelling activities have qualified experienced guides and instructors, both in the water and on the boat assisting guests, however we can not offer swimming lessons or one on one private help unless arranged prior.

All cruises, tours and departures are subject to weather conditions and minimum numbers (Swim tour 10 pax sightsee tour 15pax).

We kindly ask all guests arrive at Sorrento Pier (your tour vessel is located at the end of the jetty) 20 minutes before departure and check-in prior to departure.

Parking can be found around the pier $1.00 per hour, outside the Sorrento Hotel or in the underground car park at Italico is free of charge.

Passengers travelling aboard any Moonraker Dolphin Swims tour travel at their own risk and are subject to inherent risks involved with snorkelling, sightseeing cruise activity and boating in general, this included but not limited to equipment failure, perils of the sea, harm by marine life, fellow passengers and participants, boarding or disembarking boats and I agree to assume such risks.

We advise guests to dress in accordance with the weather, as you may encounter a sea breeze whilst you are on board.

Moonraker Dolphin Swims requires guests to have basic swimming ability to enjoy the experience safely.We do not cater for guests with NO swimming ability. Should guests turn up on the day with no swimming ability and be refused for safety reasons no refunds will be provided.

After the product is successfully booked, we will send you a confirmation voucher. The main information about the reservation and the precautions for participation will be provided on the confirmation voucher. Please read it. If you do not have any feedback, we consider that you have read and know all the information on its confirmation.

As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for making travel product reservations for tourists.

We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist product suppliers such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of travel products. We are not responsible for any safety issues with the products ordered.

In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.

If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.

No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.

We will try our best to assist tourists to communicate and negotiate solutions with tourism product suppliers.

For some marine products (including but not limited to various cruises, whale watching cruise, etc.), the supplier reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or make changes to itineraries, service timetables, routes and/or destinations. The supplier may cancel or abandon the cruise if they consider it necessary for weather or safety reasons and except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Passenger caused by such substitution or cancellation.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
