The All Parks Multi-Days Pass may require a photo to be taken and displayed on the Pass. The pass can only be used by the person whose photograph appears on the pass. Pass is non-transferable.

You are not permitted to bring in food and drink including eskies and coolers. Guests with the following dietary requirements are exempt from this policy: Guests with allergies, Infants and babies, Pre booked education groups. You can bring in fruit and bottled water.

Coin-operated lockers are available for hire with costs ranging from $12.00 to $20.00 for a large size locker. Lockers are located adjacent to the Movie World Photo Centre.

Wet'n'Wild has electronic security lockers available for hire. A standard size locker is $12.00 for the day and can be accessed as many times as you like and a limited number of larger size lockers are available but are reserved for guests to store luggage. Cost is $20.00 for the day.

Smoking, vaping and use of e-cigarettes are permitted in the park’s designated smoking areas only, no food or beverage may be consumed in designated smoking areas under Queensland Law.

Paradise Country offers disabled parking, restrooms and wheelchair access. Wheelchair hire is complimentary. A form of ID is required. A limited number of Wheelchairs are available for hire so we recommend you pre-book with guest services.

[Paradise Farm Add-on – Koala Photos] Notice for Holding or Petting Koalas: For the safety of both animals and guests, park staff reserve the right to refuse koala petting if, but not limited to, the following circumstances occur: 1. Guests fail to follow the keeper's instructions or requests to interact with the koala; 2. The guest or koala is not in a suitable state for handling or petting; 3. Guests display fear or excessive movements that adversely affect the koala; 4. Koalas pose a health or safety risk; 5. Koalas cannot be held without assistance. Specific circumstances will be determined based on the conditions of the day. Park staff will do their best to accommodate photo requests, if permitted. If staff determine that koala petting is unsuitable, alternative photo options will be offered and no refund will be given. Please be advised.

Once the product has been successfully booked, a confirmation voucher will be issued. The voucher contains important booking details and participation notes. Please read it carefully. If we do not receive any feedback from you, it will be deemed that you have read, understood and accepted all information stated on the voucher.

As an intermediary booking agent, we are responsible for arranging travel product reservations on behalf of customers.

We recommend that customers purchase travel insurance. Travel product suppliers, including attractions, hotels and transportation providers, are directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of the products they provide. We are not liable for safety issues arising from products operated by third-party suppliers.

In the event of an unexpected incident where no travel insurance coverage applies, we will provide reasonable assistance where possible; however, any related costs or losses will be borne by the customer.

If the booking is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the travel product supplier, we will refund the amount paid for the affected booking. No additional compensation will be provided.

No-show: Ticket holders who fail to attend without prior cancellation or notification will not be eligible for a refund.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in communicating and negotiating solutions with travel product suppliers.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly follow all instructions provided by the venue and staff. Please ensure that you fully understand the associated risks, including any venue notices or safety waivers that may be required. Customers must cooperate with all safety requirements and must not engage in any dangerous behaviour during the activity.
