【Jet Ski Circuit】
– Designed for first timers! Discover the fun and excitement of riding a Jet Ski, go full throttle on the largest and safest jetski circuit (approx. 1 kilometre) on the Gold Coast. As with all of our tours no experience is necessary as our friendly and experienced staff conduct a full safety briefing prior to activity and accompany you to the track to supervise and assist you if required.
– The course is suitable for testing your skills, trying out some new moves or flying around the track as fast as you can. Our latest model Seadoo GTI Jet Skis pump out a whopping 130hp, so you can enjoy an ultimate rush.
【Jet Ski Safari】
– Get ready for a South Stradbroke Island adventure thrill of a lifetime! Start with a practice ride on our 1km track allowing riders to gain confidence and familiarise themselves with the jet ski before embarking on their safari. We head North for a good 15 km weaving our way up past beautiful islands, beaches, sandbars and mangroves before turning around and making our way back past some of Queensland’s most expensive estates on Sovereign Island. With the iconic Gold Coast’s skyline in the distance this is one of the most stunning waterways in the Southern hemisphere.
Tips:
-What should tourists wear?
-Swimmers and board shorts are fine. We do not recommend wearing shoes or a hat on the jet ski. If you are not barefoot you are overdressed! We do recommend bringing sunglasses however we have $5 sunnies or $5 sunnies straps available to purchase.
-Example of timing for your tour
– Your 1 hour safari schedule is at 09.00am please aim to arrive no later than 08.30am. The safety induction will start at 09.00am, you will then have a practice ride and start your tour. You should be finished by 11am. We do our very best to run to a strict schedule however timings are always approximate due to group numbers or conditions.
-About our guides
-Our guides are purely there for safe navigation, because they know where all the underwater obstructions etc. are!
-About our lockers
-We have an area where you can leave dry clothes, shoes, hats and bags. We will provide a watertight container so you can take your phone and wallet with you on tour so you can purchase a beverage on the Island.
-About the unsafe weather
-We will only cancel a tour if the conditions are unsafe, in this instance we will offer a full refund or a re-schedule. Rest assured, we do watch the radar and forecasts closely on an hourly basis as safety is our number 1 priority.
Child Policy:
*Child 7-11yrs(min.125cm) can ride as a passenger.12-15yrs can drive with a parent or guardian on the back with them.16yrs can drive solo.

- All inclusions are as indicated on the websites at time of travel. If not stated as included the item/s are at guests own cost.
Ages
We have a minimum height required of 125cm and we find this to be approximately 7 years old. It is not safe for persons under this height. You are welcome to test our jetski in front of the shop prior to booking. The passenger must sit on the back seat and their feet must reach the footwells to ensure a secure hold whilst riding on the jetski.
Teenagers aged 12 to 15 may have the opportunity to drive the ski when accompanied by a rider 16 years or over (at the guide's and management discretion).
16 years can drive solo, and an adult 18yr+ must sign the waiver and release before safari commences. Please read and understand the content carefully and sign as required by the scenic area.
We do not recommend customers with back, neck or joint injuries to participate in jet skiing. Pregnant women are also not advised to jet ski. If you are unsure of health restrictions that may affect you please contact us.
How to use
After the booking is comfirmed you will receive an email with attachment. Please check the details on the voucher. On the day of tour, please take the voucher to participate in the activity.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check in. Each participant must bring your photo ID.
Good to know
We are a commercial operation, which means you will need to wear our specifically branded and coloured life jackets to ensure our guides can tell you apart out there on the water for the entire tour.

After the product is successfully booked, we will send you a confirmation voucher. The main information about the reservation and the precautions for participation will be provided on the confirmation voucher. Please read it. If you do not have any feedback, we consider that you have read and know all the information on its confirmation.
As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for making travel product reservations for tourists.
We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist product suppliers such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of travel products. We are not responsible for any safety issues with the products ordered.
In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.
If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.
No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.
We will try our best to assist tourists to communicate and negotiate solutions with tourism product suppliers.
For some marine products (including but not limited to various cruises, whale watching cruise, etc.), the supplier reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or make changes to itineraries, service timetables, routes and/or destinations. The supplier may cancel or abandon the cruise if they consider it necessary for weather or safety reasons and except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Passenger caused by such substitution or cancellation.
When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
