It can get cold out there, and windy as we travel (we are a fast boat!). On choppy days we may encounter some sea spray, we recommend packing rain/spray jackets to ensure you stay dry.

To reduce your risk of sea-sickness, we recommend you take Kwells or Travel Calm (Motion sickness tablets) 30 mins prior to boarding.

The Skipper (Master) has total discretion as to the operation of the vessel including passenger loading, vessel route, event timing, carriage of goods, serving of alcohol, accptable conduct of passengers, and the disembarkation of any ill-behaved guests.

In the event of a passenger being required not to embark or to disembark from the vessel under the provisions of this condition, Kokomo Cruises, nor the skipper shall be under any liability to such passenger of any kind whatsoever.

The skipper and Kokomo Cruises shall not be responsible for any injury to person or damage to property arising out of any cruise.

Kokomo Cruises shall not be responsible for any damage or loss occasioned.

Kokomo Cruises reserves the right without notice to substitute any vessel.

On the rare occasion our tours are cancelled due to bad weather, we will contact you to advise. You can move your booking to another day OR a receive a full refund.

Failure to turn up for any portion of the course at the time stipulated by Kokomo Cruises attracts a 100% cancellation fee.

There is strictly NO SMOKING on board any of our vessels.

We’re sorry, but there are NO DRONES to be brought on board.

Passengers shall not carry any alcoholic liquor, matches (other than safety matches), explosives, volatile spirits or other goods of a dangerous, inflammable or offensive nature.

A photographer will be on board to take photos of the animals and the group of whale watchers on board that trip. Your image may be captured at any time and be used in souvenir sales and/or publicity in any format. By entering the vessel, you consent to your image being recorded and used for these purposes andyou acknowledge that copyright in these materials rests with Kokomo Cruises.

Any photos taken onboard a cruise may be used by Kokomo Cruises for publicity in any format.

We guarantee that you can see whales on every voyage. If you do not see whales on the first voyage, you will be given another free viewing opportunity. Please note that the second viewing opportunity is free of charge. If you do not participate, you will be deemed to have given up and no refund will be given.

After the product is successfully booked, we will send you a confirmation voucher. The main information about the reservation and the precautions for participation will be provided on the confirmation voucher. Please read it. If you do not have any feedback, we consider that you have read and know all the information on its confirmation.

As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for making travel product reservations for tourists.

We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist product suppliers such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of travel products. We are not responsible for any safety issues with the products ordered.

In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.

If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.

No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.

We will try our best to assist tourists to communicate and negotiate solutions with tourism product suppliers.

For some marine products (including but not limited to various cruises, whale watching cruise, etc.), the supplier reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or make changes to itineraries, service timetables, routes and/or destinations. The supplier may cancel or abandon the cruise if they consider it necessary for weather or safety reasons and except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Passenger caused by such substitution or cancellation.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
