Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary Nocturnal – Twilight Tour

Nocturnal Tour bookings require a minimum of 6 participants in order to run. If these conditions are not met, a member of our team will be in contact with you to offer either an alternative tour date, or a refund.

Tour times vary throughout the year, depending on Brisbane sunset times. Tour times are subject to change.

Nocturnal tours are not suitable for strollers. This experience accommodates individuals with disabilities, including individuals who use a wheelchair. However, certain areas of the experience have fencing heights that may limit visibility.

The tour will still operate in wet weather. Please check the weather forecast and plan accordingly. The tour is outdoors, so a raincoat or umbrella is strongly advised. If a tour is cancelled due to a severe weather event that could impact guest safety, guests will be notified and a refund will be issued. A refund will not be issued if the tour goes ahead and you choose not to attend.

Nocturnal Tour tickets cover the Nocturnal Tour only. Daytime sanctuary admission is not included.

Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary reserves the right to change prices, opening days, hours of operation, daily schedule, and related terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary offers a range of tours, experiences and encounters. While every effort is made to accommodate all visitors, availability is subject to limitations and certain offerings may reach full capacity. If after purchasing a General Admission ticket, you discover that your chosen tour, experience, encounter or Koala Hold is sold out or unavailable, a refund for your General Admission ticket will not be granted.

Discounted purchases are not eligible to be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or upgrade, unless specified by Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary.

No glassware or sharp objects are to be brought on to the premises.

Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is strictly a smoke-free property. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. No food or beverages are to be consumed in designated smoking areas under Queensland law.

Refunds will not be issued in the case of wet or poor weather. Please check the weather forecast before you visit. Rescheduling is not offered once a guest has entered the Sanctuary.

The operation may be affected by adverse weather conditions or maintenance activity.

No alcohol or illegal drugs of any type are to be brought on to the premises.

No scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades, skates or motorised vehicles are permitted inside the sanctuary grounds.

No noise amplifiers, speakers, megaphones or musical instruments of any nature are permitted on Lone Pine property, unless prior approval has been arranged.

The venue reserves the right to inspect your bags at any time for security purposes.

Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the property at any time. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, vandalism, stealing, offensive or violent behaviour, queue jumping, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions, rude or abusive treatment of our staff, or failure to comply with any of these Conditions of Entry. Such actions may result in immediate eviction from the venue without a refund. Additional action may include Police involvement and/or venue ban.

After the product is successfully booked, we will send you a confirmation voucher. The main information about the reservation and the precautions for participation will be provided on the confirmation voucher. Please read it. If you do not have any feedback, we consider that you have read and know all the information on its confirmation.

As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for making travel product reservations for tourists.

We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist product suppliers such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of travel products. We are not responsible for any safety issues with the products ordered.

In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.

If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.

No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.

We will try our best to assist tourists to communicate and negotiate solutions with tourism product suppliers.

For some marine products (including but not limited to various cruises, whale watching cruise, etc.), the supplier reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or make changes to itineraries, service timetables, routes and/or destinations. The supplier may cancel or abandon the cruise if they consider it necessary for weather or safety reasons and except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Passenger caused by such substitution or cancellation.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
