What You Need: Expect to get splashed. Consider packing a change of clothes (optional). Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Bring sunscreen & a towel.

On very rare occasions, tours may be cancelled (severe weather, road or park closures, insufficient numbers). Should this occur, you will be transferred to an alternative tour / date,or if this is not suitable, you will receive a full refund.

Passengers must be in good health and free from any medical conditions that may be aggravated by the jetboating activities. Please seek medical advice if uncertain. Any person who is pregnant, suffers from back, neck, or heart conditions, or has previous injuries are strongly advised not to ride on the jet boat.

You are going on a jetboat, so you are going to get wet anyway… so if it is raining YES we still operate. We do very closely watch the real-time weather radars and if there is any chance of dangerous weather, then we may delay or cancel trips.

What do I need to bring? Nothing. Just be ready to have some serious fun! It may be a good idea to slap on some sunscreen and have a big drink of water before your ride in the beautiful summer months (Dec – Feb).

What items can I take onboard with me? Nothing. Unfortunately, you are not permitted to take anything onboard for two reasons: We need you holding on at all times. If someone drops something and it hits you in the head, that would be dangerous… we are just trying to protect you.

We have storage boxes where you can store all of your belongings that are locked and under CCTV while you are on your ride.

Paradise Jetboating reserves the right to refuse any person, for whatever reason, participating in the ride and may remove any person from the vessel, vehicle or facility, in its absolute discretion whether or not they have previously purchased a ticket.

The Purchaser will not eat, drink or smoke whilst aboard, or whilst embarking or disembarking the vessel, vehicle or facility.

The Purchaser must not participate in the jetboat ride whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Passengers may get wet and are advised not to carry valuable property that may be damaged. The Purchaser is responsible for his or her own personal property. Safe storage areas are available.

Paradise Jetboating reserves the right to add, withdraw, substitute and or vary advertised routes, vessels, prices, departure times, and trip duration and accepts no responsibility for any loss or additional expenses arising from changes, delays, or cancellations of the services and activities.

Paradise Jetboating reserves the right to cancel any service as a result of weather conditions, insufficient reservations, or any other unforeseen event or circumstances.

Any photographs or videos taken by the Purchaser must be for the Purchaser’s personal use only. Any use, reuse, or production for commercial purposes without the express written consent from Paradise Jetboating is strictly prohibited. Any images taken of Paradise Jet Boating vessels and passengers may be used at any time for security, sales, or promotional purposes.

The schedule may make timely adjustments according to the traffic, weather and other conditions on the day.

Aquaduck tour commentary is in English. We have a complimentary on-board audio guide available in Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Korean. You can access the audio guide from your personal wifi enabled device (phone, tablet etc) BYO headphones or purchase at check-in for $4. Complimentary wifi is provided onboard to access the audio guide.

Aquaduck often has maintenance or temporary cancellations. Please try to allow 15 minutes before and after the trip as there may be a temporary change in the schedule.

Seats on Aquaduck are pre-allocated by our staff for safety reasons, and unfortunately we’re unable to accommodate specific seating requests—thank you for your understanding.

After the product is successfully booked, we will send you a confirmation voucher. The main information about the reservation and the precautions for participation will be provided on the confirmation voucher. Please read it. If you do not have any feedback, we consider that you have read and know all the information on its confirmation.

As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for making travel product reservations for tourists.

We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist product suppliers such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of travel products. We are not responsible for any safety issues with the products ordered.

In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.

If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.

No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.

We will try our best to assist tourists to communicate and negotiate solutions with tourism product suppliers.

For some marine products (including but not limited to various cruises, whale watching cruise, etc.), the supplier reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or make changes to itineraries, service timetables, routes and/or destinations. The supplier may cancel or abandon the cruise if they consider it necessary for weather or safety reasons and except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Passenger caused by such substitution or cancellation.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
