On very rare occasions, tours may be cancelled (severe weather, road or park closures, insufficient numbers (50 pax)). Should this occur, you will be transferred to an alternative tour / date,or if this is not suitable, you will receive a full refund.

Due to limited service/technical issues with processing card payments werecommend you bring cash on board.

What You Should Bring? Sunscreen and sunglasses. A camera or fully charged phone — you will want it. A warm layer for open-deck viewing (the ocean breeze can be cool). Non-slip, comfortable shoes. Seasickness medication if you're prone — take 30 minutes before boarding. Photo ID for the licensed bar.

If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend taking a motion sickness tablet at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Sun Goddess is a large, stable superyacht — one of the fastest and most stable whale watching vessels on the Gold Coast.

Absolutely — all ages are welcome aboard. Life jackets and full safety briefings are provided. Our marine biologist makes the commentary fun and engaging for kids too.

All cruises operate in all weather unless conditions are unsafe. Sun Goddess has covered viewing areas on every deck, plus a warm galley with complimentary hot chocolate and coffee.

We follow all marine park regulations and maintain a respectful distance — but humpbacks are naturally curious and often approach the vessel. Our marine biologist will explain their behaviour in real time.

Most charters run the calm Broadwater — Wave Break Island, Sanctuary Cove, Jumpinpin, the Scottish Prince wreck, the mansions at Sovereign Islands. When conditions invite, we push north into Moreton Bay for Tangalooma, Moreton Island and Stradbroke.

An onboard photographer captures every breach and tail slap. Your best shots are available to purchase after the tour — no camera skills required.

Any personal expenses incurred by clients as a result of any delay or alterations of any tour due to reasons listed above are the responsibility of the client.

Please note: We reserves the right to change the vessel for various reasons including tides, weather and other factors that are beyond our control.

Cruise times and duration may change due to tide issues.

Our charters are currently not wheelchair accessible. Boarding requires a step up from the marina pontoon, and space onboard can be limited depending on the vessel and guest needs. In some cases, exceptions may be possible if we are notified at least 1 week before departure. This allows our team to review the requirements, arrange adequate crew support, and confirm whether the charter can be accommodated safely. For safety reasons, electric wheelchairs are not permitted onboard.

After the product is successfully booked, we will send you a confirmation voucher. The main information about the reservation and the precautions for participation will be provided on the confirmation voucher. Please read it. If you do not have any feedback, we consider that you have read and know all the information on its confirmation.

As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for making travel product reservations for tourists.

We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist product suppliers such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of travel products. We are not responsible for any safety issues with the products ordered.

In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.

If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.

No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.

We will try our best to assist tourists to communicate and negotiate solutions with tourism product suppliers.

For some marine products (including but not limited to various cruises, whale watching cruise, etc.), the supplier reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or make changes to itineraries, service timetables, routes and/or destinations. The supplier may cancel or abandon the cruise if they consider it necessary for weather or safety reasons and except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Passenger caused by such substitution or cancellation.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
