If we don’t spot a whale during your cruise, we offer a return ticket for a free trip to try again! (During the same whale watching season, no refunds or transfers will be given if you are unable to participate).

What to Bring with You: Sunscreen. Sunglasses. Jacket/Warm Clothes: Stay warm if the weather turns cool. Phone/Camera: Capture stunning views and memorable moments. Consult your healthcare provider if you need tablets to avoid sea sickness.

Aria Cruises reserves the right withhold 10% of the booking fee paid to recoup its incurred administrative costs.

All of our sailing cruises are subject to passenger numbers, weather conditions, operational requirements, and other unforeseen factors. For these reasons, cruises may be postponed at any time. Aria Cruises reserves the right to change the itinerary and time of your booking due to weather conditions or for any other reason.

If you do not show up for your reservation or if you terminate your reservation after you have checked in you will be required to pay Aria Cruises the full amount of your reservation.

If a passenger is found to be a person under the age of 18 and is not accompanied by a responsible Adult, Aria Cruises may immediately cancel the reservation and the full ticket price is forfeited.

Suitable footwear does not include any shoes that have high-heels or black soles and boots and some Vessels may have a no shoes onboard policy.

Passengers are responsible for any damage or cleaning costs that they cause, which we will determine at our reasonable discretion after making enquiries as to the cause of any damage.

Aria Cruises reserves the right to require passengers to sign an assumption of risk form and may refuse to provide you service should you fail to sign an assumption of risk form.

All food provided by Aria Cruises is prepared in an area containing gluten, nuts, meats and seafood, and may contain traces of these foods.

You are welcome to bring additional food onto the Vessel however no cooking or refrigeration facilities will be available on the Vessel for your use.

Menu items and quantity may vary according to the season, demand and availability.

Alcohol is only to be consumed by persons who are eighteen (18) years of age and older.

BYO of drinks is strictly prohibited on licenced Vessels.

After the product is successfully booked, we will send you a confirmation voucher. The main information about the reservation and the precautions for participation will be provided on the confirmation voucher. Please read it. If you do not have any feedback, we consider that you have read and know all the information on its confirmation.

As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for making travel product reservations for tourists.

We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist product suppliers such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of travel products. We are not responsible for any safety issues with the products ordered.

In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.

If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.

No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.

We will try our best to assist tourists to communicate and negotiate solutions with tourism product suppliers.

For some marine products (including but not limited to various cruises, whale watching cruise, etc.), the supplier reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or make changes to itineraries, service timetables, routes and/or destinations. The supplier may cancel or abandon the cruise if they consider it necessary for weather or safety reasons and except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Passenger caused by such substitution or cancellation.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
