Lobster Catch and Cook Cruise

All guests must be able to move around the vessel independently and safely. This includes boarding via a narrow, slightly angled ramp, handling small steps or walkways and a ladder style stair case with handrails to access the upper deck. As the vessel is on open ocean, guests must be able to stay upright on moving water without assistance (we do not go out in unsafe conditions, but passing vessels can cause wake).

We recommend bringing: camera, sunhat, sunscreen, sunglasses, warm top (it can get cool on the water), flat footwear, as we travel on the open ocean ~ you can remove and store shoes on the boat, however we ask guests to be mindful of the low risk of stubbed toes etc if shoes are removed.

If you suffer from motion sickness (or are not sure), please take medication prior to arriving as we are unable to administer medications other than herbal remedies.

Please check your confirmation for departure point map. This cruise departs from Stingray Point Jetty, with free parking close by in Vivaldi Drive. Our Booking office and Gift Shop is a 10-minute walk from here.

Minimum numbers apply for this cruise to operate. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund.

The Company reserves the right to alter future schedules and prices, or substitute one vessel with another if considered necessary, at any time.

Cruises operate in all weather conditions, so please dress appropriately.

In respect to any cancellation of any Service, the Company will endeavour to re-schedule the cruise within 12 months of the date that was cancelled.

No smoking is permitted onboard any of Mandurah Cruises’ vessels or on the departure jetty.

Please be aware, as we are a boat with limited cooking facilities, we cannot vary the menu a great deal. If you do have particular dietary requirements, please call us on 9581 1242 so we can consult with our chef.

We cannot take bookings from guests with anaphylactic allergies, as given our small cooking environment on board, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

After the product is successfully booked, we will send you a confirmation voucher. The main information about the reservation and the precautions for participation will be provided on the confirmation voucher. Please read it. If you do not have any feedback, we consider that you have read and know all the information on its confirmation.

As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for making travel product reservations for tourists.

We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist product suppliers such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of travel products. We are not responsible for any safety issues with the products ordered.

In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.

If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.

No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.

We will try our best to assist tourists to communicate and negotiate solutions with tourism product suppliers.

For some marine products (including but not limited to various cruises, whale watching cruise, etc.), the supplier reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or make changes to itineraries, service timetables, routes and/or destinations. The supplier may cancel or abandon the cruise if they consider it necessary for weather or safety reasons and except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Passenger caused by such substitution or cancellation.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
