Broome Camel Safaris reserves the right to cancel or amend tours due to inclement weather, insufficient numbers, conditions of the beach/tides or the well-being or health of our animals. Full refunds will be provided in these instances. It is important that you check your mobile/email prior to your tour in case of any tour changes that we need to communicate to you.

Simply check in at our vehicle, you will require your tour details (electronically is fine). Guests are asked to leave any heavy bags or loose items in our vehicle for the duration of the tour and BCS will take all reasonable care to protect this property.

For safety reasons, BCS will refuse the participation of any individual that they believe is to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Similarly, anyone that disregards or is unable to understand the safety induction or the instructions of our cameleer staff will also be unable to participate. Refunds will not be provided in these instances. Smoking is prohibited whilst riding our camels and during the entirety of the tour (including the safety induction).

Whilst all reasonable care and every precaution is taken, all riders tour with Broome Camel Safaris at their own risk.

Broome Camel Safaris is covered by Public Liability Insurance.

Please follow the guide during the ride and do not stroke or pat the camel.

The guide will take care of your riding safety on the way. Please follow the guide's instructions.

Guests are not permitted to carry bags, bumbags (fanny packs) or large camera bags whilst riding and are requested to remove any loose items from their pockets which may potentially fall out during the ride.

Please ensure that you provide valid contact details (mobile phone number preferably, but a regularly checked email or the name of your accommodation in Broome will suffice also) when making your reservation. We will not accept any liability if the contact details you have provided are incorrect or unchecked and we are unable to get in touch with you to confirm your booking which may render your reservation as cancelled.

All persons participating must have own ticket, one ticket equals one seat on our twin shared camels. If you wish to ride solo, you must purchase two tickets. If the order quantity is an odd number, there may be situations where guests need to share a camel with other guests who are not familiar with each other (even if two people are familiar with each other, the staff will assign positions based on their height and weight, and will try to assign them to each other together, subject to the staff's arrangements on the day).

After the product is successfully booked, we will send you a confirmation voucher. The main information about the reservation and the precautions for participation will be provided on the confirmation voucher. Please read it. If you do not have any feedback, we consider that you have read and know all the information on its confirmation.

As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for making travel product reservations for tourists.

We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist product suppliers such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of travel products. We are not responsible for any safety issues with the products ordered.

In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.

If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.

No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.

We will try our best to assist tourists to communicate and negotiate solutions with tourism product suppliers.

For some marine products (including but not limited to various cruises, whale watching cruise, etc.), the supplier reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or make changes to itineraries, service timetables, routes and/or destinations. The supplier may cancel or abandon the cruise if they consider it necessary for weather or safety reasons and except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Passenger caused by such substitution or cancellation.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
