Wthat to bring: mall bag/backpack for belongings, camera for photos (please note, we recommend you do not slide with your camera on your person), casual clothing, sunscreen, hat (wide brim preferred), sunglasses, shoes, however the sandboarding is better bare footed, extra water(on arrival you will be given one complimentary bottle of water).

We operate rain, hail or shine and open everyday of the year except Christmas Day. Only in the event of thunderstorms do we cease operations. On this occasion, we shall contact you and arrange alternative options.

Our 4WDs rotate every 15 mins so you are more than welcome to head back to the departure point whenever you are ready providing there is room on the bus. However the price includes only ONE return transfer so you cannot come back and forth all day.

My children are still young, can they still sandboard down the dune? Our sandboarding dune starts off small for children and gradually gets larger as you walk along. Parents can also ride tandem with children on the same board.

Avoid midday time : avoid playing in the middle of the day because the temperature of the sand is very high on that time. You may choose a high level sunscreen and reapply it every 2 hours. And the Sunglasses may also prevent sunburn and sand from getting into your eyes.

Easy to play: loose clothing is the best choice, try not to wear jewelry, so easy to fall in the cause of injury, accidentally lost jewelry, it is difficult to find.

Follow the direction: beginners and players should exercise under the direction of the coach. Do not pedal on the side of the sand mountain.

Whales are totally wild marine animal, so 100% sighting success isn't guaranteed. Refunds aren't available if whales are not located.

Stand-by vouchers will be issued at crew discretion if whales are not sighted on your cruise. Conditions apply.

Smoking is not permitted on any of our vessels at any time.

Depending on your situation, we recommend that you consult your pharmacist to purchase seasickness medicine in advance and take it before boarding and to eat light food before boarding.

Failure to arrive on time or No Show will result in full cancellation fee.

Please note dolphins & whales are wild animals and we can not guarantee sightings; our commitment is to provide the best possible experience on the day without compromising the safety of our passengers or the wildlife. In the unlikely event that we do not see dolphins on the dolphin cruise or whales on the whale cruise we do not provide a refunds.

Please bring swimmers, towel, hat, sunscreen and camera. For onboard purchases i.e. drinks, souvenirs, snacks bring along your credit card or some cash.

As all our vessels are fully licensed we do not offer BYO alcohol on board.

Even with our excellent sighting percentage our crew do on occasion (although rare) not find dolphins or whales. If this is the case on the day you travel with valid tickets on a cruise that does not sight whales (on a whale watch cruise) or dolphins (on a dolphin watch cruise) you will be issued free of charge return voucher. This voucher is issued on a stand-by basis. The return voucher is only valid for the person named on the voucher and is non-transferable. And we understand that sometimes passengers can't take up the free return voucher for whatever reason, but we do everything we can to locate whales or dolphins. We do not provide refunds.

The passenger acknowledges that during the cruise the vessel will be and will remain under the absolute control of the company, and that the direction and control of the vessel and its crew is at all times the sole responsibility of the Master of the vessel.

Moonshadow TQC reserves the right to refuse entry of a passenger on the vessel. It is also at the Master’s sole discretion to require a passenger to disembark the vessel.

Moonshadow TQC reserve the right to cancel or abandon the cruise either prior to or during the cruise, if the Company or Master of the vessel considers that the cancellation is necessary for reasons of weather or in the interest of the safety and well-being of the vessel, its passengers and crew. The Company will not be held liable for any loss or expense incurred by the passengers caused by such substitution or cancellation.

Moonshadow TQC does not accept any liability in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control, or are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including but not limited to; war, civil disturbance, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any authorities, or failure of machinery (including vessel engines) or equipment or industrial action.

Please be aware minimum passenger numbers can apply for cruises.

Care is taken to ensure your safety whilst on board this vessel. However, be warned that there are inherent risks by being aboard any vessel including, but not limited to, movement of the vessel, unpredictable sea conditions, unfamiliar design features such as stairs, coamings and water on decks, slides, boomnets, ancillary equipment used and/or from the vessel etc.

Entry onto this vessel is at your own risk. Neither the owner, Master, nor any members of the crew will be liable for any injury to passengers, or damage to passengers property, however occurring.

Fares and itinerary are always subject to variation without notice.

Moonshadow TQC Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or vary the cruise specified and reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger without stating any specific reason.

Once on board a Moonshadow TQC Pty Ltd vessel all persons are under the authority of the vessel’s Captain and Company Management, and are expected to conduct themselves in a socially acceptable manner. The law is clear about the “Responsible Service of Alcohol” and licenced venues are entitled to refuse service to people who are intoxicated, quarrelsome or disorderly. Moonshadow TQC Pty Ltd reserves the right to return to dock and disembark any disorderly passengers without refund.

Passengers must not bring any alcoholic beverages or illegal substances onto the vessel. ID may be required to purchase alcoholic beverages.

These terms are an integral part of the contract between passengers and Moonshadow TQC Pty Ltd. When your booking/ticket is confirmed, it will be deemed at all times that you have read, understood and accepted the conditions hereof, and agreed to the terms herein contained.

After the product is successfully booked, we will send you a confirmation voucher. The main information about the reservation and the precautions for participation will be provided on the confirmation voucher. Please read it. If you do not have any feedback, we consider that you have read and know all the information on its confirmation.

As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for making travel product reservations for tourists.

We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist product suppliers such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of travel products. We are not responsible for any safety issues with the products ordered.

In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.

If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.

No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.

We will try our best to assist tourists to communicate and negotiate solutions with tourism product suppliers.

For some marine products (including but not limited to various cruises, whale watching cruise, etc.), the supplier reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or make changes to itineraries, service timetables, routes and/or destinations. The supplier may cancel or abandon the cruise if they consider it necessary for weather or safety reasons and except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Passenger caused by such substitution or cancellation.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
