Overview
Wander tree-top boardwalks to watch koalas up close in their natural habitat. Take a walk through the woodlands and enjoy the abundant birdlife, wallabies and echidnas.

• Wander the two treetop boardwalks for superb up-close koala viewing.
– Tree Top Koala Boardwalk: 800m loop – 20 minutes – easy
– Tree Top Woodland Boardwalk: 600m loop – 20 minutes – easy
• Explore the six hectares of Australian bushland on the easily accessible trails.
• Have a coffee or snack at the Manna Gum Café.
• Lookout for wallabies, echidnas and colourful native birds.
• Uncover the amazing lives of koalas with the interactive displays in the new visitor centre.
• Learn more about what community groups like the Friends of Koalas or Barb Martin Bushbank are doing to help local wildlife.
• Visit our free-to-access Nature Play area, where children can create their own adventures with the nature and wildlife inspired installations.
• Plant your own seed to take home at our native seed station.
What to bring
• Sunscreen, sunglasses & hat.
• Reusable water bottle (we have drinking fountains on-site).
• Insect repellent (we don’t sell this in store so please bring your own with you).
• Binoculars & a camera (to capture memories of your visit).
• We are a cashless venue – only contactless transactions are available at all ticketing, retail and food and beverage outlets.

Ages
Child tickets for 4-15 year olds, inclusive. Children under 4 are free. children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How to use
After booking is confirmed, we will send a voucher to your email, please check your email and check voucher details.
Please show the QR code on your voucher at the ticket gate on entry. There is no need to exchange for a voucher.
Guided Koala Tour time: 3:00 pm. Please be there at least 15 miniutes in advance. DO NOT BE LATE.
Good to know
Only contactless transactions are available at all ticketing, retail and food & beverage outlets – cash not accepted.
All tickets must be used on the specified date. If the tickets are not redeemed on the travel date, they will be deemed to be automatically forfeited and no refund or rescheduling will be arranged.

If the booking is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the travel product supplier, we will refund the amount paid for the affected booking. No additional compensation will be provided.
No-show: Ticket holders who fail to attend without prior cancellation or notification will not be eligible for a refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in communicating and negotiating solutions with travel product suppliers.
When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly follow all instructions provided by the venue and staff. Please ensure that you fully understand the associated risks, including any venue notices or safety waivers that may be required. Customers must cooperate with all safety requirements and must not engage in any dangerous behaviour during the activity.
