Tangalooma Island Resort Day Trips with Wild Dolphin Feeding (Optional Activity and Transfers)

Ferry leaves Brisbane at 7:30 or 10:00; The return time of the ferry is around 16:00 (if no dolphin feeding); or at around 19:00 (if it is a dolphin feeding package)

There is a car park at Holt Wharf, Brisbane pier. The parking fee is AUD 20 / day (the price is for reference only).Please refer to the notice of the day for details.

If any luggage is carried, all luggage will be placed at Holt Street Wharf. Baggage tags will be issued upon presentation of the electronic confirmation form.Luggage weight limit: each person is allowed to carry one suitcase less than 20kg.

The dolphins fed are all wild animals. Do not touch them.

Wild Dolphin Viewing is dependant on dolphin attendance (the dolphins are wild, therefore arrival is not guaranteed, however we experience a 99% attendance rate), tides and weather conditions.

Some of our activities and tours are physically demanding, and may pose a health or safety risk. For your safety, you must disclose before booking if you are suffering from any injury, medical condition (such as pregnancy, epilepsy, asthma or cardiovascular conditions), disability, disease or illness which may be aggravated by participation in, or may interfere with your ability to safely participate in our products. If you are unsure, or have any further questions, you should contact us before booking.

About ATV: 10 – 15 year olds can ride on their own as long they are chaperoned by an adult, and we have parents consent via signature on the waiver form. Individuals under the age of 18 will be allocated an appropriate quad bike in line with the manufacturer's safety and age specifications. As such they may be required to drive a smaller/lower-powered quad than those allocated to adults. Tandem quads drivers can carry a passenger only if the driver has a valid drivers licence from their country of origin. This information should be used as a guide only.

Chinese language staff may not be guaranteed on the day of travel.

Whale watching activities may be cancelled due to weather reasons. Guests will be provided with alternative activities or partial refunds based on on-site conditions. Australia’s largest dedicated whale watching vessel may not operate every day, and a smaller vessel could be used as a substitute, and no refund will be given for the difference.

The Dolphin Care Team guides guests into the water to meet the dolphins and assists through the feeding process. Before entering the water to feed, we make sure any sunscreen, insect repellents, moisturisers or other lotions have been thoroughly rinsed off. Jewellery, watches and other sharp items such as rings should also be removed.

The Dolphin Feeding Program operates to strict guidelines, therefore restrictions on feeding apply. The number of guests able to feed the dolphins is dependent on the number of wild dolphins in attendance; coupled with additional safety, weather, tidal, animal welfare and regulatory restrictions, so we cannot guarantee every eligible guest will hand-feed a dolphin. If the evening dolphin feeding event cannot go ahead for any reason, guests will unfortunately forfeit their opportunity to redeem this inclusion and will not be eligible for a refund. Guests without Dolphin feeding inclusions may watch the nightly event from general unreserved public areas of the Tangalooma Jetty subject to capacity, and staff-directed restrictions.

To ensure the program’s sustainability, sometimes guests will have to share one fish per group. For safety purposes, sometimes eligible guests may be directed to throw their fish from the jetty. Please note that no refunds or credits will be provided in this scenario.

No allowance or refunds can be made for guests that do not have enough time to redeem all their inclusions.

As for activities, for your safety, you must inform us before booking if you have any injuries, health conditions (such as pregnancy, epilepsy, asthma, or cardiovascular disease), disabilities, illnesses, or medical conditions that may aggravate or impair your ability to safely participate in our products. Examples include ATV riding, desert dune bashing (sandboarding), and some water activities such as snorkeling. Bus tours require driving ATV, and the journeys may be bumpy; therefore, it is not recommended for those with such health conditions (but not limited to) to participate.

Dolphin feeding is perfectly fine while pregnant but you must let the dolphin care team know before you descend into the water to ensure all safety precautions are met. If you are unsure or have any questions, please contact us before booking to discuss your needs and individual circumstances.

After the product is successfully booked, we will send you a confirmation voucher. The main information about the reservation and the precautions for participation will be provided on the confirmation voucher. Please read it. If you do not have any feedback, we consider that you have read and know all the information on its confirmation.

As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for making travel product reservations for tourists.

We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist product suppliers such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of travel products. We are not responsible for any safety issues with the products ordered.

In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.

If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.

We will try our best to assist tourists to communicate and negotiate solutions with tourism product suppliers.

If your booking includes hotel accommodation, please note that check-in time at Australian hotels is generally 13:00-15:00. Specific check-in times vary by hotel, so please confirm your check-in time in advance. Early check-in is not recommended. If you need to check in early due to special circumstances, please note that early check-in fees may apply and must be negotiated and paid directly with the hotel.

We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the tour. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour if conditions do not permit. An alternative will be provided if possible. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure we have accurate information: airline and airport dates and times; correct travel dates with the correct codes; the traveler's age, etc. Please notify us immediately of any changes.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to baggage, valuables, or personal belongings carried during the tour. We are not liable for any illness, injury, or death resulting from the deterioration of any traveler's health condition. By booking this tour, the traveler agrees to the policies outlined herein and accepts that all activities involve some risk, and the traveler will not hold our company, its employees, or subcontractors liable for any injury or loss suffered by the traveler or to the traveler's property. For your safety, when participating in indoor or outdoor activities with inherent risks (such as swimming, rafting, diving, skiing, ice skating, snow play, skydiving, etc.), please ensure you fully understand the weather conditions, your personal physical condition, and relevant announcements and advice from professional organizations before proceeding.

Visitors should pay attention to their physical condition. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, colds, fever, or who are intoxicated should exercise caution when participating in activities or follow medical advice. If you feel unwell, please stop the activity immediately and seek assistance from on-site staff.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.

The wildlife sightseeing listed in the itinerary refers to wild animals. They move freely and are not under human control; seeing them is not guaranteed on every trip. No refunds or cancellations will be arranged for those who do not see wildlife.

No refunds will be issued for missed trips due to the visitor's own subjective reasons.

The tour duration is only an approximation. If the tour ends early, it may be due to weather conditions requiring an earlier conclusion.

Due to weather, traffic, and other reasons, we reserve the right to change the itinerary. The order of the itinerary may be adjusted; please refer to the actual itinerary.

No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.

Multi-day tours are all group tours for individual travelers. Driver and guide arrangements will be made according to the itinerary and travel conditions, and may change daily. Final departure and driver/guide information will be provided by the tour operator.

For products with airport transfers: Airport transfers are arranged uniformly and will not be based on different flight times. Thank you for your understanding.
