The Showboat II is an authentic paddlewheeler, with a theatre-style dining saloon and cathedral windows that frame splendid harbour views. A Sydney Harbour Dinner Cruise aboard the Showboat rekindles the romance of a bygone era, and it is nothing short of breathtaking. Treat yourself to an unforgettable waterfront dining experience with the legendary Opera House and the mighty Harbour Bridge in the backdrop! Guests get to enjoy a three-course seated and served dinner that is topped off with a live cabaret show, performed by a brilliant Aussie cast!

You’re welcomed on board by our glamorous showgirls and shown to the table reserved just for you. As the cruise departs, you’re treated to a prelude to the ‘Voyage of Love’ while you enjoy your entrée platter. Waitstaff will do the rounds taking your beverage orders, and your drinks of choice will be served to the table.

Before the start of the show, you can stroll the outer decks, drink in hand, taking in the Sydney skyline as well as the city’s star attractions, including the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge, in all their illuminated glory. Return to the dining saloon to enjoy your main course and dessert, before the cabaret takes centre stage.

The ‘Voyage of Love’ is a changing cavalcade of dances by an Australian cast of the highest calibre. The fiery show, now in its 9th season, features dancers dressed in glitzy costumes and headdresses. Get ready to journey around the world — from the scarlet windmills of Parisian reveries, the fiery Spanish flamenco, the beguiling vibes of New York’s blues dens and more. Without a doubt, you will be transfixed in a world of synchronised choreography, mellifluous rhythms and captivating dances!

Child age 4–15 years old

It is the obligation of the guests to ensure children below 14 are always accompanied by an adult or seated at the table. The company will not be responsible for any accidents due to non-compliance to this strict guideline. It is also important to ensure children do not disturb any other passengers.

How to use

After the booking is confirmed, we will send a confirmation to your email. On the day of tour, please bring the electronic confirmation and arrive at King Street Wharf at least 30 minutes in advance to redeem your boarding pass, and prepare for boarding.

Estimate boarding time: 19:00. The acurate boarding time will show on BOARDING PASS which will send to your email after the booking is confirmed.

Good to know

Dress code: Semi formal – Smart Casual attire acceptable for dining in a quality restaurant during dinner. Shorts are discouraged. NOT PERMITTED: Beachwear, activewear, thongs and men's singlets. Safe shoes are always recommended. For your own safety, stilettos are discouraged as there are stairs and wet decks.

There are no baby-changing facilities on board

We do not offer highchairs due to safety reasons.

For some marine products (including but not limited to various cruises, whale watching cruise, etc.), the supplier reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or make changes to itineraries, service timetables, routes and/or destinations. The supplier may cancel or abandon the cruise if they consider it necessary for weather or safety reasons and except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Passenger caused by such substitution or cancellation.
