Accessibility or mobility needs must be advised and pre-booked in advance. Guests who have not advised their accessibility needs before the tour will not be able to join the Walking Tour. Guests unable to participate on the day are welcome to: Wait comfortably in our air-conditioned lounge with direct lift access, or Enjoy the surrounding precinct, including cafés such as Opera Bar or House Canteen, or browse the souvenir shops. Refund will not be offered to any guest who is unable to participate the tour due to mobility issue.

Please be aware that headsets are used on our tours. If you have sensitive hearing or any concerns about our equipment, please contact us.

This product does not contain insurance, it is recommended that you purchase overseas travel accident insurance before you travel.

Please select a session time when make the booking. The afternoon tour may not be able to enter some hall / studio due to performance. The itinerary is subject to the confirmation by Sydney Opera House.

Please check the session time in the confirmation, there may be a 15-30 minute difference from the time you choose.

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance. If you fail to join the tour due to being late, you will be responsible.

Inventory needs a second confirmation, that is, after your purchase, our staff will confirm whether there is a location for you as soon as possible. If the purchased product cannot be arranged for travel, we will communicate with you to adjust similar products or give a full refund. Please understand.

You’ll be on your feet for a guided tour, there are over 300 stairs, so flat comfortable shoes are recommended. Your feet will thank you!

Once the product has been successfully booked, a confirmation voucher will be issued. The voucher contains important booking details and participation notes. Please read it carefully. If we do not receive any feedback from you, it will be deemed that you have read, understood and accepted all information stated on the voucher.

As an intermediary booking agent, we are responsible for arranging travel product reservations on behalf of customers.

We recommend that customers purchase travel insurance. Travel product suppliers, including attractions, hotels and transportation providers, are directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of the products they provide. We are not liable for safety issues arising from products operated by third-party suppliers.

In the event of an unexpected incident where no travel insurance coverage applies, we will provide reasonable assistance where possible; however, any related costs or losses will be borne by the customer.

If the booking is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the travel product supplier, we will refund the amount paid for the affected booking. No additional compensation will be provided.

No-show: Ticket holders who fail to attend without prior cancellation or notification will not be eligible for a refund.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in communicating and negotiating solutions with travel product suppliers.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly follow all instructions provided by the venue and staff. Please ensure that you fully understand the associated risks, including any venue notices or safety waivers that may be required. Customers must cooperate with all safety requirements and must not engage in any dangerous behaviour during the activity.
