Weight request: For the safety of your clients, a passenger weight limit of 95kg applies. In some cases, passengers who weigh more than 95kg (up to 115kgs) can skydive, please contact Skydive Geronimo for more information.

Passengers of poor health are not advised to skydive, please consider if skydiving is right for you.

It is recommended not to do any deep underwater activities for 24 hours before and after skydive.

It is important that you wear appropriate footwear when skydiving. This means wearing enclosed shoes with a flat sole (sneakers are perfect!) Your clothing should be comfortable and warm. In summer it is OK to jump in shorts and a t-shirt.Some clothing is just unsuitable for skydiving. Anything with tassels, strings or any loose bits that will flap around in the wind can become entangled in the equipment, which could be hazardous. These flapping bits could also strike you or your skydiving instructor repeatedly during free-fall and result in injury.

It is recommended to buy insurance by yourself.

Please allow 2 hours from start-to finish for your skydive experience. This includes your preparation time on the ground, ride in the airplane, skydive experience and bus ride back to the airport. This does not include travel time to-and-from the island. If you buy photograph or video package , Your photos will be shared with you by email, within only a couple of hours of your jump. Your video will take up to 7 business days to process and will also be shared with you by email. Skydiving is thirsty work, so we will issue you with a drink voucher for redemption at Thomson’s Rottnest.

Our current capacity at Rottnest Island is three tandem skydives per flight. This means three skydive passengers, three skydive instructors and one pilot. If there are more than one person, the activity should be conducted in different flight.

If the number of participants is not enough and the supplier does not provide the skydiving activity, we will give you a full refund.

All skydive bookings are subject to weather conditions. If the weather is bad, the booking will be canceled. There will be no staff at the counter to help check in. Your jump is weather dependent, so we would like to discuss the weather conditions with you early in the morning. Skydiving is not recommended if you have undergone various operations, plastic surgery or have a prosthesis. If in doubt, please consult professional medical personnel.

After the product is successfully booked, we will send you a confirmation voucher. The main information about the reservation and the precautions for participation will be provided on the confirmation voucher. Please read it. If you do not have any feedback, we consider that you have read and know all the information on its confirmation.

As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for making travel product reservations for tourists.

We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist product suppliers such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of travel products. In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.

If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.

No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.

We will try our best to assist tourists to communicate and negotiate solutions with tourism product suppliers.

For some marine products (including but not limited to various cruises, whale watching cruise, etc.), the supplier reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or make changes to itineraries, service timetables, routes and/or destinations. The supplier may cancel or abandon the cruise if they consider it necessary for weather or safety reasons and except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Passenger caused by such substitution or cancellation.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
