Big Bus Sydney Big 5 Attraction Pass (1 Day Hop-on Hop-off+Sydney Tower Eye+SeaLife Aquarium+Wildlife Zoo+Madame Tussauds)

The Classic Ticket is valid for 24 hours. It entitles you to use all Big Bus services during operational hours, starting from the time you begin your tour until that same time the following day. So if you board the bus at 12pm for example, your ticket will be valid until 12pm the following day. The same applies to Premium and Deluxe Tickets, valid for 48 hours.

It is recommended to know the bus route in advance. For accurate times on the day of travel please ensure your guests download the Big Bus Tours App.All buses run on live GPS tracking.

Big Bus endeavours to provide departure points and times for the service which are as accurate as possible. However, Big Bus reserves the right to vary such departure points and times without notice, as circumstances require.

During busy times, seating cannot be guaranteed on either deck.

For safety reasons, all customers on the upper deck of a bus are required to remain seated while the bus is in motion.

The consumption of alcohol is prohibited on the Services at all times.

Suitcases (Including carry-on luggage) are not allowed on the bus due to space constraints and passenger safety. Third party luggage storage facilities are available close to stop 1 and stop 12.

If your circumstances change and you need to amend your ticket, we’ll need to know at least 72 hours before your tour. The quickest way to make changes to your booking is by downloading the Big Bus Tours app and chatting with our friendly Customer Service team.

Once the product has been successfully booked, a confirmation voucher will be issued. The voucher contains important booking details and participation notes. Please read it carefully. If we do not receive any feedback from you, it will be deemed that you have read, understood and accepted all information stated on the voucher.

As an intermediary booking agent, we are responsible for arranging travel product reservations on behalf of customers.

We recommend that customers purchase travel insurance. Travel product suppliers, including attractions, hotels and transportation providers, are directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of the products they provide. We are not liable for safety issues arising from products operated by third-party suppliers.

In the event of an unexpected incident where no travel insurance coverage applies, we will provide reasonable assistance where possible; however, any related costs or losses will be borne by the customer.

If the booking is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the travel product supplier, we will refund the amount paid for the affected booking. No additional compensation will be provided.

No-show: Ticket holders who fail to attend without prior cancellation or notification will not be eligible for a refund.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in communicating and negotiating solutions with travel product suppliers.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly follow all instructions provided by the venue and staff. Please ensure that you fully understand the associated risks, including any venue notices or safety waivers that may be required. Customers must cooperate with all safety requirements and must not engage in any dangerous behaviour during the activity.
