We will arrange the nearest pick-up point for you. Please refer to the information on the confirmation. Passengers that do not arrive at their pick-up location on time may be classed as no-show.

On very rare occasions, tours may be cancelled (severe weather, road or park closures,insufficient numbers). Should this occur, you will be transferred to an alternative tour / date,or if this is not suitable, you will receive a full refund. However, there was no additional compensation.

The pick-up time is determined according to the location which you stay hotel, and the specific time will be marked in the confirmation as well.

Passengers should endeavour to arrive at their pick-up locations 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up. Please note that the driver will not contact the guest by phone when picking up at the hotel.

Courtesy bus may arrive at your hotel late, kindly wait patiently please. If it takes more than 15 minutes, please contact the 24-hour local emergency contact number listed on the confirmation. Please fill in your personal weight truthfully. For safety reason weight is required for the flight for all passengers , maximum weight is 125kg.

We recommend that anyone wanting to enter the water at this time of year wears a lycra suit to protect you from the sun and to reduce the possibility of stings and irritations. If you don’t have your own we do hire them for a small cleaning and maintenance fee of just $8 per adult and $4 per child.

Please bring your own towels or you can also buy towels on board.

All our vessels are pram friendly. The beach areas are not practical for prams however there are boardwalks and pathways throughout the island that are suitable. Prams can be stored on ‘Big Cat’ if needed.

Passengers must have some mobility and/or the presence of a carer who can assist them. Depending on tides it may be necessary to embark/disembark from different levels on the boat. Coral viewing and glass bottom boat activities are subject to the weather and the extent of the passenger’s mobility and/or the presence of a carer who can assist. Please note that the toilets on the vessel are not wheelchair accessible but there are disabled toilets available on the island. Please advise at time of booking if you have wheelchair bound passengers travelling.These guidelines apply to standard wheelchairs only. We are not able to accommodate electric wheelchairs on any of the vessels or coaches.

We recommend you bring your own towel, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses and swimwear. Also, cash for drinks, snacks or souvenirs you may want to buy. Credit cards are accepted at most shops at the Island however surcharges may apply.

Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from participating in optional in-water activities participating in optional in-water activities. For advice , contact the staff on board .

Snorkelling can be a strenuous activity. Snorkelling can be a strenuous activity and you will be exerting yourself more than usual. If you are older age, or suffer from heart disease, asthma, lung complaints, epilepsy, diabetes, any allergies or any other medical condition which can be made worse by physical exertion, you should take special caution and inform our lifeguards of your situation and snorkel in an area that allows closer supervision.

Due to the availability are limited , our staff need to re-confirmed with the supplier after you purchase. If it's not available, we will contact with you immediately to exchange a similar product and give you a full refund.

After the product is successfully booked, we will send you a confirmation voucher. The main information about the reservation and the precautions for participation will be provided on the confirmation voucher. Please read it. If you do not have any feedback, we consider that you have read and know all the information on its confirmation.

As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for making travel product reservations for tourists.

We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist product suppliers such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of travel products. We are not responsible for any safety issues with the products ordered.

In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.

If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.

No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.

We will try our best to assist tourists to communicate and negotiate solutions with tourism product suppliers.

For some marine products (including but not limited to various cruises, whale watching cruise, etc.), the supplier reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or make changes to itineraries, service timetables, routes and/or destinations. The supplier may cancel or abandon the cruise if they consider it necessary for weather or safety reasons and except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Passenger caused by such substitution or cancellation.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
