If you do not check-in at the date and time specified in your booking, then you will forfeit 100% of the total price paid.

By law, the minimum age to dive is 12 years. Anyone under 18 years will need a parent or guardians permission.

All Scuba Diving is subject to successful completion of an on-board medical questionnaire. Please answer the following questions on your past and present status with a YES or NO. If you are not sure, answer YES. If you answer yes to anything you will need to see a doctor to get a clearance to dive. The clearance must be in English with the clinics letterhead phone, doctors note and signature.

Passengers should not go to altitude (fly) within 12 hours of completing a single dive or 24 hours when doing multiple dives. WHSQ is the regulator and we must comply, even though the PADI guidelines suggest 18 hours for multiple dives.

Before embarking on your scuba diving adventure in Queensland, please note that there are specific medical requirements unique to our region for certain medical conditions (i.e. asthma, epilepsy, high blood pressure or certain medications) these may exclude individuals from diving. For comprehensive guidance on Queensland’s diving code of conduct, we recommend visiting the Work Safe website.

Certified Divers must produce their certification card.

What to Bring: Swimmers. Towel. Hat. Sunglasses. Sunscreen. Change of clothes. Extra cash or credit card for onboard purchases.

The beaches on Fitzroy Island are not patrolled by surf life savers.

If you are prone to other common forms of motion sickness such as travelling in a car or plane you may wish to take precautions such as a sea sickness tablet approximately 30 minutes prior to departure for maximum benefit.

Marine stingers are present in tropical waters from November – May. Lycra suits are available for use during this period.

Due to the availability are limited , our staff need to re-confirmed with the supplier after you purchase. If it's not available, we will contact with you immediately to exchange a similar product and give you a full refund.

Dreamtime Dive & Snorkel: There are toilets on the boat accessible at all times throughout the day. Fresh water rinse showers and bathrooms are available.

On very rare occasions, tours may be cancelled (severe weather, road or park closures, insufficient numbers (50 pax)). Should this occur, you will be transferred to an alternative tour / date,or if this is not suitable, you will receive a full refund.

After the product is successfully booked, we will send you a confirmation voucher. The main information about the reservation and the precautions for participation will be provided on the confirmation voucher. Please read it. If you do not have any feedback, we consider that you have read and know all the information on its confirmation.

As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for making travel product reservations for tourists.

We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist product suppliers such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of travel products. We are not responsible for any safety issues with the products ordered.

In the event of an unexpected situation without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.

If the booking is forcibly cancelled due to the reasons of the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount corresponding to the booking without additional compensation.

No show: Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.

We will try our best to assist tourists to communicate and negotiate solutions with tourism product suppliers.

For some marine products (including but not limited to various cruises, whale watching cruise, etc.), the supplier reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or make changes to itineraries, service timetables, routes and/or destinations. The supplier may cancel or abandon the cruise if they consider it necessary for weather or safety reasons and except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Passenger caused by such substitution or cancellation.

When visiting attractions or participating in activities, please strictly adhere to the instructions provided by the venue or staff. Ensure you fully understand the associated risks (refer to venue announcements or the safety waiver required for signature for specific details), cooperate as required to implement appropriate safety precautions, and strictly refrain from engaging in any dangerous behaviors during the activity.
